RE: Possible / probable Hav buyout13 Jun 2020 16:20
Cobra ,- all that happens is that GGP gets rid of about 300,000,000 tons of dirt that probably contains a few grams of AU and CU as feed for Telfer Mill, and GH trots down the road to Lloyds and pays in $$ 1 billion dollars.
The SP calculator then divides $1 billion by around 3,600,000,000 shares , adds a few pennies for all of the retained assets
worth somewhere between $100,000 dollars and $ 4/5billion tops ,- lets say 3p just foor starters , - and we end up with a far more accurate, specific, manageable, instantly obtainable, secure, useable, spendable, gold plated, assessable asset of around 30p / 35p, - and maybe half as much again if GGP have read Magics paper and sunk half a dozen successful drills in Scallywag.
GH then feels generous and good hearted towards his loveable and patient shareholders and ( as he is also a shareholder - a big one ) dishes out say 15p a share - WE are deliriously happy, - and the SP reduces pro-rata to around 15p a share. Still higher than current SP, still with a hugely exciting future, still with the same brilliant management, still with most of his enthusiastic shareholders engaged in deciding which holiday home in the Bahamas to buy, and where to garage the Maserati Excalibur .
ALL a NO BRAINER - or thats just my view.
