.Pretty standard reply - I do not think they are aware of the potential.
75% of the Footsie 350 has probably even less interest than most gold shares.
Maybe they will change one day. The more that people stimulate that interest , the better

I'm afraid we don't currently offer a facility that enables clients to trade on securities that list on the Australian Securities Exchange. This is largely due to lack of demand for this service seen from our existing clients along with the difficulties and costs involved which would require us to seek specialist stockbrokers and offer a 24-hour service.

As you will appreciate, a company must be profitable to continue to provide its clients with a high level of service. Whilst we aim to be competitive, it is not strategically viable to compete in all areas. As such, we have made the decision not to offer access to Asian and Oceanic markets such as the Australian Securities Exchange. We will of course review this position if we see a significant increase in demand from our clients.

I've noted your interest as feedback and should we receive enough demand from our clients we may look to review our current position.

GGP is an associated gold mining . exploration share, and one of their biggest daily t.o shares, .........it would be in their interest to have ASX available.

TMT......... Would you just confirm that the AISC figure to be used is the gross cost of extraction of all the feedstock ore LESS the revenue obtained from the sale of the CU element . ie the net cost of extraction divided by the ? x ounces of gold ??

Has anyone trie d writing ( online if you run your investmets with them) to HL. Their largest turnover share in recent times, is GGP, and they must be well aware of the largish number of W.A, shares that lots of GGP holders and others wishing to get in on the act with Artemis, Antipa, etc. etc, and many others in the region .
A concerted campaign from this board ( which HL probably read anyway ) might encourage them to spread their offerings to the AX. I will certainly send them a note, -- and remember that this board has grown in strength and power.

Magic - I have never atteded the AGM before but I believe that they have used the East India Club somewhere in St James in early December. I will almost certainly be there and it would be good to meet.
I also suspect that there will be a large gathering of LSE pseudonyms.

The Stag Gang - just in case you feel we are wasting our time, soaking up champagne in a country pub ( but a very delightful one in a delightful Town ), you should be aware that the boss is up to speed. I had a note from him ( below ), and for him to go to the trouble of recognising we small minnows ( or perhaps not so small ) , I personally take as a great compliment.
In my note to him, I did suggest that he ensures that he books a very good sized room for the AGM this year, as it could be very well attended this year - and we can then put a lot of faces to the names. I am going to turn up with Fred and Panama.
I think our concerns , and interests are well noted, and we are indeed fortunate , not only to be invested in one of the finest prospective companies in the Universe , but also to have it run by a fine CEO who cares.

Just to keep you Stag Gang guys informed and up dated, I have received a note from Alan Gunn to say what a great evening, and how delighted he was to meet you all.
He plans when Virus times times improve, to arrange a meet with GH ( if possible ) in Godalming, and I will keep all informed .

But whatever his t iming, if there is a general will to do so ,I will organise a similar evening in say - ?? 8 or 10 weeks time , possibly to correspond with, or about the time of some more important news release - Scally assays - or MRE - or POG hitting $$2000 .
