Are these going to be reduced in volume after you depart t0sunnier climes,or are we going to see increased posts as you recli ne in the sun with nowt else to do , except respond to the bar orders for Lady Mush. Whichever whatway, I ( we ) will miss seeing you when we eventually get the StagGang meets going again in 2025. I am however , restricting it to 5, meeting up with Dim, Clairabella , Ipad , and Fred tonite, if only to . exchange macaroons, surplus tomato crops , and possibly discuss GGP if we can find anything interesting to talk about - maybe your departure .And to sup Prosecco if I can afford it. Keep in touch; I might need a cheap break in Portugal, - except that my prodigal son Gimme has got a house in the Bahamas , and you may find it tough to persuade me.

Good things are now happening, and GGP looks to be travelling on a very stable road up to the 30's, and all supported by a reasonably buoyant POG at 1965, with several forecasts of rebreaking the $$2000 mark.
And still with a mass of ( good ) news to come.

Only observing and no wish to upset anyone, but almost any info under the sun can be seperately Googled and studied - SIPPs ,ISA's,Tax rates, hypothetical tax changes, inheritance tax, yer mother in laws housing benefits. Googling is more accurate and informational.
This unique board has an available reference library and a GGP website which will provide almost every historic fact / data/ RNS - you name it , search and you will find it. Allput together by some amazing people who love to provide and help. Keep it that way. 1000 posts a day is clogging and mostly more than 50% irrelevant claptrap. Keep it purposeful........for the most part.
Wait until Monday market opening , and the days that follow. It keeps on giving

@@@ Speedie, The person living nearest to the Mitre is Panama, so I may have to do a little joint reconnoitering first. I presume you know the place. Right opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the river. Very suited. I would do it if possible.
But will have to see how things develop.I am not going to apply all of my well honed investment skills ,only for it to be taken from me in £3000 fines for mixing with you and Lady Meadie.( however choice your company always is )

@@@MFU - If Boris ever permits me to book another Stag Gang by the river, you would be welcome to join us. I reckon it is one of the best moves I ever made. Every single attendee a great guy ( or gal as it happens ). All with similar investing history, experiences, varying knowledge, all able to afford their round, brilliant company, and a new experience meeting 20 odd persons for whom you had no idea of age , gender, name , attitude ...............etc.
What part of the world do you reside in.
As the AGM was unlikely , I was just about to reconnoitre The Mitre at Hampton Court to hold our own AGM December buffet lunch, but that can no longer proceed ...........yet??.
This 1 in a 1000 share, in lockdown has been an interesting life change.

I am no expert But GDXJ will be buying 239 million GGP shares on 18th September 2020, and that will represent p,44% of the GDXJ holding in the fund , as I best understand it.
