Oh dear Speedy - So now I cant borrow the Tenerife ( where Susy and I spent our honeymoon ) mansion for a months relaxation later this year. Will have to talk to Gimme for a few weeks in the Bahamas.

Hallo again Hydro, and thank you. Also Hi Wasred ( can you make it on 26th ). I see Hydro's arm twisting has been inhaled by another GGP wise and perceptive fellow investor. It seems that this BB is somewhat more sane and composed and less frenetic than the GGP board which has unfortunate fits of spleen and abuse occasionally.
My initial skim reads indicate a very rewarding potential. Hydro, I will backtrack on your posts shortly.
My newspapers Business Section is now repeatedly writing positively about the future of AU , CU , NI, AG, and other PM#s , and I reckon that if you are in the well established , proven, mining development, and advanced exploration sectors , you are not going to lose. Must be in a stable political environment , and hopefully not too badly affected by the Covid. MTR appears to do a bit ( a lot really ) of this research and analysis for you, and I trust Hydros input.
After the most stunning investment year of my life ( 2020 ) averaging huge 5 figure gains every week of the year from GGP, I am now stepping just slightly nervously ( not really ) into some parallel zones, .............fingers Xssed. Very exciting.
And GGP is without doubt going to produce more extraordinary gains over the next 2 to 3 years.

Hello Hydro - Loved your MTR posting on the GGP board, and it stimulated me to read up on MTR.
I am , as you are aware a vLTH in GGP , and despite total confidence in its massive future, I do need to escape from having all my eggs in one basket.
So, you have twisted my arm and I am moving some GGP investment on Monday morning into MTR.
Looking forward to us meeting on 26th when we can exchange all sorts of informative discussion , - and have a drink.

Bamps -- Hi -- You heard him alright, ....and I am not so sure that I didn't / hadn't heard him say that everyone would strike AU / CU . Why not ?? All the others have.
So , come on my wise , sagacious , calculatory friend - just straight off the top of your head - put a resource million ounce measurement guess estimate on Hav1 ( ABFA ) , fun only , and I will not hold you to it.

Hi Paddy - Just heard the Proactive SD interview. Whow !!! One could not ask for his words ( stupendous in themselves ) to be more enthusiastically accompanied by such incredibly " Pro-active " body language. Say no more. But then I was never in any doubt anyway and its always fantastic to have your neck tickled , and tickled,......and tickled again . What do you think Panama . Huggles and tiggles ????

Of course the POG does not have an immediately reactive effect on the GGP - SP, - and the same for the CU price. These commodities go up and down in a free market influenced by all sorts of other events.
But GGP IS an AU and CU miner , and the current and futures price of these of these commodities cannot avoid affecting the investment judgement in which GGP is valued. And as someone so wisely commented, - the nearer we get to ore extraction and first pour, the more influential it will all become. Very specifically to the AISC calculation . That is a FACT.
This is not a subject for bitter spat and recriminatory comment. Just for debate - but with a clear and open mind and understanding of the facts.
This is is the finest BB I have ever been on ( most of the time - there have been some exceptions ), and I have learnt a huge amount from the great and the wise. Long may it continue Bamps when we meet in two weeks time .

@@@ Pickandshovel ; - You are right P & S - a very clear read, a very clear and concise explanation by Andrew lane, and absolutely to the point that Speedy has been extolling for months. The end of June is a meaningful date for Basel , and the banks are duty bound to respond and take action. Fiat / paper gold is going to be blown out of the window . Physical gold will replace the paper. Since there is not enough gold in Christendom ( at $$$1730 's ) to balance the banks books , and annual gold production is in decline ( until Havieron gets up to speed ) , there is no other ( legal ) answer than for the POG to react accordingly .........and rise .........and rise ........ and ????? The banks will be richer, and so will GGP shareholders.
I just hope that SD and Biswas get a move on.

Todays Sunday Tel. Biz Section. Interesting article . Goldman Sachs concluding that there will be a long term supply gap of 8.2 M tons of copper by 2030 , for all the expected renewable energy reasons etc. Western Governments stimulating demand like crazy for CU - move to a green grid - buy electric vehicles. Glasenbergs predictions of CU rising from $$$10,000 per ton up to $$$15,000 per ton by 2025. Most other pundits agreeing . A supercycle is underway, - not many shovel ready projects around.
GGP are an 80% AU / 20% CU company , at the moment. I believe we are in for an amazing next 30 years. Sadly I will not be around for a lot of it, but can certainly make sure that the grandchildren are.
