The Market Cap of any company is just the simple function of two items - the number of issued shares ( generally static ) and the SP.
The SP is an incalculable figure based on a large number of variables - type of company , years of existence, fixed assets, estimated assets, product prices, jurisdiction, revenue , sentiment, hopes and expectations, the larger market sentiment, price movements of external influences, quality and turnover of management, competition, ...... and at least a dozen other things.
So with a piddling little , new, AIM , exploration company ..... you just take what you get. ( for the time being )
Once the hard data starts to emerge and settle, the mill wheels start to turn, and the revenue stream starts, then the SP will respond accordingly, and the MC will reflect those facts.
As it happens this board already is way in advance of the market as to what is happening, and is going to happen, and where we are going due to the hard research of Hydro, Bamps, Paddy and others. Sadly they do not have a major influence on the SP. But what makes investors on this board so fortunate is that they are privy to a wonderful Reference library, and are at least 6 months ahead of the game.
Just sleep easy, - it will happen.

There are frequent opinions on this board that GGP will be subject to some form of takeover. This is a possible option available , but any such action can only be considered a possibility, not a probability.
My understanding of such a process is that any such move has...........
1 To be put to all shareholders.
2 That on any vote count, it would need 75% OF THOSE WHO VOTE for such an action to be approved.
In other words , if 25% of those who voted, vote to refuse an offer , then the offer would fail.
As 75% to 80% of GGP shares are in the hands of P.I's, ( which is unusual ) then the outcome of any offer would create an interesting debate. I do not believe the above rules would apply if GGP were just to sell off HAV. as a separate asset to NCM.
I am a huge supporter of GGP as a company , and believe that their relationship with NCM could develop GGP massively over the coming years , and it would take a very substantial offer £££ to buy them up outright. We all have our targets.
And much would depend on whether any such offer was in cash or shares ( or both ).
I will be happy to be corrected if I am wrong.
But I would not wish that situation to arise for at least another 12 months..

Annabelle MacIntyre - daughter of one of the GGP management Team - hits gold as part of the Australia winning rowing team four in Tokyo,.
They just cannot stop GGP hitting Gold.
Shaun dismisses the miniscule Hav. MRE of 4.2 M oz. , ------ but is reluctant to mention any likely estimated figure for the new enlarged, infilled , monstrous , outstepped Hav. that we will get a new indicated figure for sometime before Xmas. They already must know this figure , and every utterance Shaun makes , confirms that it will not be too far off 32 M oz, and will still be growing. Whow !!!! So how is it that the market totally fails to respond ??? I fail to understand. But I do know that it will.

Well as I read the language, they ( NCM ) have been looking around for them ( replica Karlajartus ) and they are pretty certain that they have found them.
And they are digging the roads to get at 'em.
And NCM have already found the source of assets on Hav. that are going to double / treble the MRE. Whow !!!
Just need to get all these assay laboratories working double the time , and get some results out.
Should not be too long.

Newcrest looks to horde more Havierons in the Paterson

Newcrest Mining is committed to uncovering more high-grade gold deposits around the Havieron project in the Paterson Province of Western Australia by looking deeper under the surface.

The Havieron project is a joint venture (JV) between Newcrest and Greatland Gold.

Newcrest entered a six-year farm-in agreement with Greatland for Havieron in May 2019 and has since drilled 180,000 metres at the project.

Newcrest general manager Fraser MacCorquodale said the company is focussing on additional exploration targets around Havieron, which has an initial inferred resource of 3.4 million ounces of gold and 160,000 tonnes of copper.

“Over the past few years there have been some great exploration success stories coming out of Australia,” MacCorquodale said in a presentation at Diggers & Dealers 2021.

“The best example is the Havieron discovery by Greatland who were willing to drill holes up to a kilometre and the reward for both companies out of that has been fantastic.

“We’ve got a growth program in place right now and that is all about how we grow that resource base.”

According to MacCorquodale, the exploration targets looking to grow Havieron include the South East Crescent Deeps, which shows high-grade gold that is open at depth, the Northern and Eastern Breccia targets that also show open higher-grade mineralisation, as well as other geophysical targets surrounding Havieron.

The South East Crescent Deeps contain drilling results of 40.4 metres at 4.3 grams-per-tonne of gold and 1.6 per cent copper, and 85 metres at 11 grams of gold-per-tonne and 0.29 per cent copper.

“That mineralisation is still open – the drilling program is trying to find the extent of the high-grade and continuity of mineralisation,” MacCorquodale said.

Newcrest will be seeking a larger zone of mineralisation through its Northern and Eastern Breccia targets which could see similar results to Havieron’s existing North West Corridor.

“We’re drilling around those to define the footprint of the higher-grade and also to see if we can get that corridor to link to one bigger zone of mineralisation,” MacCorquodale said.

“The Eastern Breccia target only has a number of holes drilled so we still don’t have the geological controls and dimensions of the system.”

Newcrest said it is hoping to find further Havieron-like deposits around its existing project.

“This is all about (finding if there) are there more Havierons floating around Havieron,” MacCorquodale said.

“We’re looking forward to see what is coming out of our drilling programs.”

@@@ zOROS .....; Z - I always sprinkle my froth with oodles of brown sugar and devour with a spoon. Or at least I used to until Covid changed everything to a wooden stirrer , which made froth quaffing difficult. So I do find the froth nourishing ......... and then enjoy the coffee even moreso.
But we are getting close to coffee time .
