Despite the amazing data and calculations provided by our revered in house experts, - Hydro / Bamps / Zoros and others , I think that even experienced , independent, mining accountants would have serious difficulty in doing a reliable calculation. Havieron is progressing like an express train, - we know that it has had 4.2 M oz equ.pronounced as a baseline, we know there is tons more infill and step out drilling to be done , we know from our own resident experts that it has a resource of at least 15 to 20 M oz , we optimists are pretty sure we are looking at a future of 40 M oz plus, we know it is going to take years to define, - so what is FMV ????? - impossible to define at this stage.
Add in POG ( and CU ) which could well be doubled by the time the accountants have sharpened their pencils , so any assessed amount at this time is unlikely to be accurate.
A new MRE soon to be announced. An enlarged PFS in 2022.
My own instinctive guess is that 100% Hav. can not possibly be valued ( one of the worlds largest gold copper discoveries in recent times ) at less than £4 billion , which puts a figure of £200 M on a 5% FMV. Possibly a lower sum with an initial deal and an adjustment to be paid at a later stage.
25% of GGP plus £200M = £1-2 B. 30p a share a fair minimum SP. £1-00 a share is not an unreasonable hope..
Great to see some sort of deal agreed, which would give GGP the funding to progress some of its other 100% owned prospects.
Whether right or wrong - the future is bright.

Did you know that my wife has a great uncle , ( a captain in the Southern Rhodesian Rifles - DSC and bar ) who was a Pall bearer for Cecil Rhodes . I was proud of her heritage when I married her. Despite NCM being in the most successful joint venture with GGP , ( which has the most successful BB on LSE ever, and also being Australias largest , this BB is virtually dead . WHY ??????

I follow the daily GGP SP on this link, as it illustrates well the daily , regularly repeated pattern of the suppressed and manipulated price . A bit of an early morning rise, then an oscillation downwards , and a return to the opening price stable at close . Day after day after day after day.Whatever is actually happening , whoever is agreeing the price setting , ....one thing is quite certain; it is not a natural reflection of events, news , or anything else natural.The last 12 months have seen ( in the words of those on the ground , and who know ), amazing , champagne cork popping , exciting , record breaking, global positioning , .......without one iota of setback, poor news, or negativity. The progress made on Boxcut, on Decline , on PFS , on drill core results , and everything else has been mind blowing ( my words ).It cannot and will not last , but I am speechless. Am just testing to make sure I have not been removed.
I am in a total daze as to what has been happening on the board , but have managed to put about 80 names on filter. It resulted in 1 1/2 full pages totally turning green.
Let us just hope that normality returns , and I can renew contact with my many WFH contacts.

Bamps - my boy. Take a break and think about all the good things. It has been a tough year in all sorts of ways.
In the last 18 months , one of the principal things that has got me energised, hopeful , sane, informed, expectant, organised, educated,happy,...........has been the Stag Gang and some of the delightful relationships that have developed ,- and you are high on that list with me and all the rest of the clan. If getting some hugs with Panama is upsetting you , just let me know and I will deal with her.
Whatever you do, Sally / Fred has been ordered to keep you on the circulation list.
But just some fatherly advice , - just use the filter button. I must have 30 to 40 on my F List , and it significantly cleans up the board for the better quality contributions. Glasgow COP26 is going to be ringing around our ears for the next 12 days .
Diesel is history, petrol is doomed, electric cars / batteries are limited ,
( unless they can be charged up quickly ) .........so the only answer for a successful future is HYDROGEN. Where have I heard that before.
Just as it is with this board , where some of the gas emissions are excessive. Too many Greta Thunbergs. The answer - do not get angry - listen to Hydrogen.
The world is going to change rapidly over the next 5 years. We are going to have to change our ways.
It is also going to change significantly for GGP'ers

The Northern progress is now seemingly being reflected in the trajectory northerly oscillations of the SP, now departing from the manipulated suppressions along the 17.20 / 17.40 line.
Just hope it is an Express journey up the Northern line when the NCM drilling stats are revealed.
