Acacia notes the further Barrick release of 19 October which provides additional details regarding the framework agreement signed by Barrick and the GoT on 19 October. Acacia continues to seek further clarification and as yet no formal proposal has been put to Acacia for consideration. Any proposal agreed in principle between Barrick and the Government will require Acacia�s approval, and Acacia will consider any agreement once it receives the full details. A further update will be provided when appropriate.

This company has potential to make a good return to Barrick shareholders; with explorations in the other countries and close to the Tanzania government now. It will be fair to buy out Aca minority shareholders for not less than 290p.
