If selling now seems crazy, buying more must be sensible. I'm thinking about it but also had decided to only buy in my ISA and SIPP for the moment - so gotta wait a few weeks

If interest rates fall divident stockes become more appealing, rates were expected to fall on the 19th March but not so likely now.

We really needed something in the budget, so much talk about what was being considered then nothing of benefit to the economy - or house building. They came in saying growth was key, they've forgotten about that now - as well as the 1.5m new homes

I wouldn't read anything into the delay but would expect the price to be about 5% higher about now - some increase today. The review in Sept was positive

Yep, uncertaintity is the issue, potentially oversold due to that. A time to buy perhaps....

With dividends I'm 10% down, still topping up sometimes but will hit my target level soon. I do often decide to buy based on thinking something's oversold which I think here, this has worked for my with some REITs and oil companies.
