Russia Ukraine War ending soon?
Russia says it will end War if they are allowed to keep territory gained!
Ukraine says it will end War when Russia leaves all of its territory including Crimea!
Not happening!
Worked out some time ago no real logic with this stock.
Those in and out swayed by sentiment. Mostly late into the stock.
When they work out that their alternatives are not giving them the desired growth in SP and a fantastic dividend they will return!
Not when the Bisichi Board doesn't share TGA's stated pledge to return the majority of profits back to shareholders.
Quote 'The group is expected to hand back 90 per cent or more of the cash it does not need to run its day-to-day operations'.
1st September 2022 'Bisichi proposes an interim dividend of 10p per share, compared to none a year prior'.
Eagerly awaiting their year end results!
The only way, if you have paid a large amount of WT, is to employ a SA Tax agent to apply for the refund on your behalf for a fee. What that fee is nobody knows because you are dealing with body that doesn't want to give you a refund even when you are entitled to it'
SARS are renowned for their inefficiency, incompetence, and failure to provide an accessible/workable online tax system for non-residents, let alone SA residents. The only advice they give you is to visit your local SARS office (not an easy option for UK residents) or to call the SARS office. (100x times worse than HMRC).
SA says it has a system that allows non-residents to reclaim the 50% reduction in WT from 20% to 10%, but in reality it is a lie that all of the UK Brokers and the UK Govt are happy to go along with.
If that is reciprocated with SA investors who buy shares in UK Company's then fair play.
We've just had the SA Head of State over here, and one of his stated aims was to get increased investment from the UK in SA Company's.
A good start would be the complete overhaul of the WT system with regard to shares held in the name of Nominee Brokers, but without pressure from the UK Govt it will never happen!

It's the usual scenario of a small amount of shares with sell/buy cycles, that sharply affect the SP.
Mainly from those late into the stock on LSE.
Currently -1.89% on volume of 60k value £427k.
99.5% of all shares currently held.
All that despite futures hitting 250's!
But we will prevail!
