I am excited and feel a RNS will be issued perhaps by close of business today ..

I do fear their will be a massive sell off on open if their is not good news to accompany the RNS that will confirm trading is now resuming as audit is now complete ..

The question is will we maintain our closing Sp on day of suspension or will this drop like a led balloon ..

Firstly I hope we all had a great xmas .. I for one voted yes on all resolutions and would like to take this opportunity to welcome the New Board and find they are all more suited to take PPP to new heights .

In reference to the market , and trust moving forward after the shenanigans of the last board the new board sends a fresh perspective to new investors and old ..

Jan 2026 looking like a great new year for us all ..

So today’s resolution that was passed should evidently provide the stance to approve the audit and get us trading . I have a feeling that the Texas deal is still on .. and will be revealed soon..

Hence this could be a rocket launch 🚀

The press release regarding the USA find makes no difference to Rock what so ever .. The EC need their own supply and now in real time ..

Guys It would not surprise me that we find that the Multi national bog Minors take a bog cheap stake in the current placing as I feel those millions of shares will be snapped up and wont hot the market .. so the their will be no dilution ..

That is a big dilution . lets hope that we get a serious asset confirmation .. one would believe another stake of 500 k from big investors .. now owning 14 per cent of Rock . they must know what they are doing ..

One of My main reasons for holding this investment in the ups and downs is Metlen .. They have deep pockets and OUR CEO is looking to retire soon ,,, join the dots ..

Guys forgive my lack of knowledge, with the upcoming AGM , is it correct that we should have the accounts , audit updated and concluded before the AGM is allowed ?
