I am with Barclays Smart Investor , and my funds are still there , they have not taken it as yet , is this over sub...

if they do take the funds does that not mean they have the 6 million

Guys will we receive RNS tomorrow confirming if that they have enough funds raised now ? will our pledge for the placing shares be confirmed and our money taken ?

Highly stressed System zero .. so can some one pls be kind enough to advise , is this the last day or not to buy ?

On Baclays smart investor , it advises that Mondy Bank holiday is the date that one needs to respond by , so im a little confused why eveyone is saying today is the last day action

Guys surely they must know by now if they have raised the funds required by now ... or not ???

I meant 800 k shares

Now guys why would some one buy 800 k of shares at a higher price , when they could buy lower with the placing offer and open offer C.A...

what does that tell you , some one is loading up big time ... that is a big buy ..

Some very strong buying coming in , someone knows something , no news for months and all of a sudden , buys coming in .... if this breaks 14 p ... then when news does come in this will shoot to 30 p in no time ....What a gem into days market ...we need to get the word out on other boards ... help each other ...

Now more importantly , this stock is a opportunity to buy as if the company was just born , wen now it has many life changing devices of one kind about to get approvals ... please ... this is a once in a life time offer ..

The placing will be over Sub .. and they will secure funding , as well as nice approvals , which NHS by law cant ignore , their stroke device is one of a kind .. one can clearly see what happens next ,,, a buy out .. where we will all profit ..

Through me experience of loss and gain in he markets , I have come to the conclusion that there is no smoke without fire .. hence I believe that the recent buys coming in our a indication that clearly there are traders in the back ground that have confidence in this company due to the fact buys are coming in every day now , where as two weeks ago , hardly two or three trades ... Boy if they get any form of approval for the heart valve , this is going to explode ...

Guys anyone pls, when is the dead line for the C>Action share pledge ?

Clearly no news , yet big buys coming in and share price rising .. something is going on in the back ground for sure .. I think news is incoming now .. been a while as well .. fasten those seat belts as if the testing of the valve is successful , even a wiff then this will rerate ...

This is no doubt a great company with serious potential , i just dont get why the SP is still so low .... anyone ???

Roger thanks for your post and apologies for sounding optimistic ... I am also in the red as well by the way .. no one really know what will happen here , the partner in the USA, the NICE approval and then the placing .. it could go either way .. all these post here are all speculations and most a idiots spouting rubbish against each other .. which is no use to us .. lets please all endeavor to post like roger ..

The Point I am making is that they will get the NiCE appoval , and hence this is why buys are coming i now .. and this is a clear sign the placing is def O/S ... they knew this and hence BOD made a play to keep the company in his control rather than get IV .. or loan .. or partner .. this is now a safe stock and will return 20 p in july for sure ..

Food for thought .. why are investors buying at a higher price now , when they can buy at 1,5 p soon , there are buys coming in their thousands ...

Can anyone shed some light on this ???

Great news , timing seems perfect as we only have a few days left to action the nominate our purchase of the placing shares , which almost now will be over prescribed ...

One would be a fool not to take up the 1,5 p share option now ... this is not financial advise ...

Yes one of the main reasons i bought in was because they are in a strong cash Position and wont be looking to make any dilutions anytime soon ...hence a larger chance of all fails to at least get your money back , thats if you bought in under 10 p
