Of course they can be wrong. I hope they are.
Exactly as I said in my short post. I read somewhere there’s rule rationing $ exchanges, or simply as a result of illiquidity. If that’s true, as caution said our big pile of naira is fast becoming Monopoly money.
Greetings across the pond. 16:33 here.
Disappointed as nothing delivered as promised. No SS deal, no refinance, no new contract. I’m not as detailed as you are Rocky, I’m just aware of the obvious ones on the list.
Would very much rather the President announced ‘deal with Savannah is to complete in due course’! Anyway is it looking likely we’ll see SS completion, another big deal signed and refinancing by 15 Dec? These three aren’t interdependent and so far no news on any.
But the terms have already been agreed?
SS - I fear that if the deal closes share price will not react too positively as we’d like to, but will react fairly negatively if no deal.
Again hopefully I’ll be proven very wrong.
Not looking forward to relisting with no deal. We discussed and some of you think the share price will hold but I really don’t think so. Anyway a month/6 weeks makes all the difference if all parties truly want things to happen. Not long to find out.
My worry is what will happen if still no SS approval by Dec 15? Another suspension? What will be the reason? Will it even be granted?
Also does it look likely for another big deal announcement by year end? Personally I think it’s pretty slim when still nothing by now. I’m not saying there won’t be just unlikely to be by Dec 15.
S, I think posters (the clever ones not me:) don’t know the answer rather than unwilling to help :) some even unsure if it’s wise to invest in this sector? Good luck if you decide to get involved in prd.
Meanwhile SAVERS longingly await at least one big deal announcement by Dec 15. Missing the pages and pages of traffic here.
What’s the chance we will get it if still not by Dec 15th? Six months passed the original deadline. I don’t have high hopes for SS but as long as we have another big deal signed by year end all is fine. Let’s hope so.

Don’t think this says anything that we don’t already know; suspension extended because so far it didn’t get approval.
