So.....JR........you reckon this RTO is definitely happening.......but in April now?
If that is the case I wonder if GCG will RNS something this week ?

unless a RNS drops tonight we are into the final week of Q1 come Monday............news of some description surely has to drop either way......good or bad.

days left in Q1..................got to be some ******* update from this shower.............last two RNS,s from this lot authored by Ross Andrews............the ******* non executive chairman of Bolt Global........we are due an update........what the fcuk is going on !

an email to FCA about this shower,s lack of communication with shareholders. They responded telling me to contact the London Stock Exchange direct. They slopy shouldered my query.........on the LSE website......" Main Market is a regulated market which requires a company to produce a prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to enable its securities to be admitted to trading.".............so they should be able to give some info........not just fob me off

Less than 0.06 in old money..............not much more to say really..........tells its own story.

two years ago there was a raise .....at a 52% discount to sp......... Would not surprise me if this RTO has went t*ts up we see the same thing again in relist...........if that does happen at least it's a way to salvage something but not what we want..............approaching 16 months suspension.......update please.

Aye........I am ever the optimist but think now this is fooked......I will continue buying my euromillions tickets ......at least you know each week where you stand..........not like this fooking shower

understand why, if this has went t*ts up, we have not seen a RNS announced on that..........btw Bolt Token not far off $0.008............nearly 100% up from last week..........maybe it was an engineered drop.........RNS tomorrow........1st March.......sink or swim ?

I have said it before and say it again I don't believe a word the fART man says any more. I had this in the bottom drawer category then talk of the JV got me excited again.........but then one milestone after another fART man stated has failed to materialise........back in the bottom drawer..........if it happens all well and good but I won't hold my breath.

nice to think the RTO is still on.......that the bolt token price was an engineered drop.......that an RNS will drop tonight 5.30pm that trading will recommence Monday......and that we get a STA type relist increase high on the day of 600%.........watched that the other day......just wish I had balls to buy in at up 100%........but anyway the above would be nice........not asking for too much......:)

gut feel this is now went pear shaped. Bolt Token in free fall .......requires something like an 80% gain to get back where it was a couple of weeks ago........:(

That was my worry as mentioned last week.....however surely GCG would be duty bound to RNS that.......they have to let shareholders know what the situation is.

bad at the minute...........Token price down 50% from a week or so ago..........something not right...........we just need some info one way or another.

Maybe that Bolt Global Ltd is a red herring..........just noticed it was dissolved about 5 years ago.......sorry

Forgot to say you need to hit the "our story" tab.......all the others get the error message.

I can get in via Bing search engine........interestingly when it comes up stated below the company name it says 86.4 mil........now is that the new Mcap..........hmmmm

worries me slightly is that with Bolt seemingly on the up, as can be seen by all the Twitter talk and token price, have they walked away from this deal? Silence from GCG is deafening. The only crumb of comfort I can take from it is if Bolt had walked surely GCG would have to RNS that? Let's hope all is good and we don't have much longer to wait.......only six weeks left in Q1.......:)

So £60m Mcap and 30p...........222m shares........nearly 11 new shares for every existing GCG share...........I am hoping for less dilution.......don't get me wrong 30p is an 80% gain and I would take it and run probably..........however there does seem to be momentum with bolt at the minute so I would like to see something higher on relist.......just my take on this.....:)
