I agree - I see two major factors at play here: 1. Mass sell off and panic from some investors, typically thin volumes in August mean any moves are exaggerated. 2. Some profit taking giving some investors some free cash with which to go bargain hunting in the next few days TRAK isn't significantly correlated to commodities (oil) or China and is just moving in sympathy with the rest of the market imo

I agree there are some confusing statements in there. I do think membership sign-up numbers are a good indicator of brand loyalty to a company though, ensuring repeat sales. I think this will push back up towards the 300 level short-term and hopefully breakthrough and stay above this time . I do think this is a long-term play though so can see why you may be tempted to put your money elsewhere CM (great name btw)

Good increase in profits although that was largely expected I think. Can't find anything about a dividend aside from conirmation that there wasn't one up to June 30: "The Directors propose that no dividend be paid for the six months to June 30, 2015 (June 30, 2014: nil)."

I'd have to agree with you MV, Amazon continues to branch more and more into products provided by PETS and this may be impacting sales... I note that they stated, "website orders for collection in-store has been maintained at over 40% of online revenues" however I can see this coming under pressure if you can order from Amazon and get food delivered to home all for less than the price you can buy it in PAH.

Yes very nice indeed! A quick back of the envelope calc: Est profit 2015 - 1.3 billion, shares in issue - 2,038.41 million, they're aiming to pay 25% of profit in a dividend I make that 15.9p div per share... At today's price thats 3.8%, not too shabby (assuming my calcs are correct of course)

Indeed, I think many were concerned that the p/e was getting too high due to the rocketing share price. Hopefully this statement offers some reassurance and a corresponding resumption of sp increase.
