The plus side for RMS is this pandemic ain't going nowhere. For a while with the roll-out of the vaccine it seemed like RMS wouldn't get masks out quickly enough to sell any.

1% dilution and Texas a massive opportunity for growth. No idea which way the sp will go on this news but for me it's a strong buy.

This will not go much lower unless there is actual bad news. It was around 90p when the Nasdaq listing was not guaranteed.

I have too much invested here already (1/4 of my portfolio average at 103p) otherwise I'd be adding more on this drop.

Welsh govt have said yes to many other sites so it is likely to say yes to this one imo.
