Am wondering if the price being down has anything to do with a shortage of building materials

I don't think there's gonna be any big prices rises on this for awhile. Probaby dip and regain to current price. Patience is whats needed with this stock.

Am not too worried about the price at the moment the ftse is barely up its just a waiting game.

The ftse is barely up many company's share prices ain't really traveling upwards at the moment

Once the ftse picks up this will move up again like other stocks

The price is down because the ftse has been down the last week

It was about that pre covid can't see why it can't return to that level its a will run company. Once the special dividends comeback it should easily manage 2.30

Getting closer to the £2 mark. I think it will ride all the way back to 2.30 in the long term

I said the price would come down on results thow not as low is a thought.

From where they have been closed since last October.

Mite buy back in after the results if the price is much lower. This stocks a hard one to call it mite rise after results

I mean i knew about selling and re buying rules but that does not apply owning both at the same time. Am having to sell stock in my main account for tax reasons at some point and don't want to miss out on future price rises

Can you own shares in the same company in both your share account and isa share account at the same time?

This one slowly seems to be edging closer to £2

I deal with DHL on a daily basis and there a nightmare for deliverys

Its struggling alittle to reach £1 once that breaches that should reach £1.30-£1.40

The dividend on this stock alone makes it worth keeping long term. I can see £2.20 again
