That would be the perfect scenario Davand but unfortunately I think it's game over now for this company. I don't think following the investment through Novocyt is a smart move either. With hindsight the whole process has stunk the place out and I hope somebody somewhere has given Rees both barrels.

Well there we have it LR's master plan, grind your company into the ground load up on bargain bucket shares to cover your own personal loss, which btw was a result of your own utter and complete incompetence. What an absolute snake, the fact that he has remained in place since the disgusting share dilution and has now been allowed to salvage his own losses is despicable. I really hope somebody somewhere gets an opportunity to sound him out in a public forum.

Brighty I think the companies you mentioned being sold for eye watering sums are all engaged in therapeutic research development so I'm not surprised if they are close to product delivery or have technology that is cutting edge in therapeutic development. Its a big difference to a company that is engaged in diagnostic test development.

Doesn't the above statement just take the ****. 50000 shares not long ago could have cost you £8K @16p. How ******* uneconomical was that investment when it was executed.
That same number, now minuscule after the recent confetti drop of shares would be approx. £200. Who made it uneconomical you bunch of crooked ***ts.

The look of accountability by anyone for this grotesque abuse of private shareholders is disgusting.

I don't believe that they are withholding any information regarding deals etc. If its price sensitive information I believe it has to be reported as soon as. If they were found out to be in breach of this after filling their ??s with cheap shares then there is definitely criminality.

I think the 85% discount has been carefully calculated to ensure that when they have had their fill at the bargain basement trough and averaged down, the Directors will have maximised their chances of walking away with a tidy profit . They don't want to waste all those higher value options they loaded up on. Unfortunately all this has been at the expense of your average (no pun intended)Joe who either does not have the capital to do this or is simply afraid of throwing more money at it. IMO the only way to salvage something is take up shares at this ridiculous price, it takes a lot of bottle (even stupidity) when you have already lost a packet but following the Directors here seems to me to be the only play because for sure they want to exit in profit. Hopefully there will be a share consolidation after the placings to give this some kind of credibility even if it is a sham front.
My concern is that the amount of money they want to raise doesn't is clearly not enough for the mid/ long term and they are banking on something big happening otherwise we are ticking down.

Pjmcgra- HNY. I think if you read my post you will see that I never suggested that there was any evidence whatsoever of cash burn. I merely suggested that the two most important things for company now will be sales vs rate of cash burn. My comment was certainly not meant as an attack on the company and neither was I intending to be pessimistic or influence I was merely being realistic to the current situation..
Regarding my patience for the SP, I can assure you I am very patient and not a trader so the current SP level does not concern me, neither was I surprised by it (unlike most). Its early days, FDA approval underpins the platform and is a licence for rollout but IMO the hard is still to be done and I look forward to seeing them achieve this.
For info and bit of fun if you want a good example of how sales and cash burn can rapidly affect the fortunes of a world leading imaging technology check out Nanostring. This is a molecular spatial imaging platform (similarly priced to Polarean) that images at the cellular level looking at proteins and genes and has been voted as Nature Method of The Year (no mean achievement) and cited many times in all top scientific journals ( which hopefully Polarean platform will be now FDA approved).
However, I will reiterate I work in research, these machines are expensive, budgets are tight and despite their tremendous potential sales are hard fought. GLA

This will live or die on sales and rate of cash burn. Getting customers to buy new medical devices (even if they are state of art) is still hard work, budgets are tight and fundamentally they stick with what they know. I'm talking from 30yrs scientific experience here and yes I am invested but don't get carried away by 'ideal world' projections we don't live in an ideal world.

Indeed serious and direct questions need asking and answering at the next meeting. What turned a 'good investment ' at c.8p (when even then it was massively down) to a share that has now been 85% discounted from a new low down to 0.3p(just think about that discount for second even Sports Direct don't offer that in all their tat). Also I'd like to hear how they think this is ever going to be recoverable for all the poor souls invested in double digits. Its financial ineptitude of the highest order and bordering on criminal, LR and BH should be given their marching orders and for pure satisfaction made to do GoT walk of shame. I for one will have a bucket of **** at the ready
