I agree this could fly today, but surely they will need to raise more cash before they become cash generative and profitable in 2018 ? With big losses still seemingly presently ongoing and a raise of cash in March (approx £2.5m) and £1m of it gone on this acquisition I can't see cash lasting Undecided...maybe a raise at a higher price

it's a concern that they are running on negative margins currently, ie they are selling at an operating loss ! They say this won't turn positive until 2018 but will it be that easy, not sure that asos or boohoo ever had this to contend with

GD, yes I looked at the same first thing, be careful though as the 65% margin was ahead of their own projections of 50% and was due to "high software content", 50% would be a more reasonable margin to be using imo, and overheads will increase "In the coming year, we expect to see some further increases, but these will be directly linked to project activities and deliverables" Apart from that looks good, but £10m profit is overegged imo

oh you mean a get rich quick strategy....I'm afraid there isn't one ! My strategy tends to be good old hard toil in the main, spotting an upward fledgling by good old fashioned research, this has worked well with CCT, PEN, PTSG, BILB (luckily !) & STAF (although I am currently only in one of those now). I can't resist a small flutter on a small cap though where I've had varying results, and an occasional penchant for a falling knife with a get out quick strategy if it doesn't work out (although I've also been known to average down successfully on occasions) So my main strategy is to get my baggers through long term rewards on decent shares, not short term punts, at the same time realising that they won't all work out (2 steps forward 1 step back), oh and timing is key. It's also one of my hobbies, I leave the big bucks though for the fundies to weave their magic

Yep, bit over the top that analogy, makes them sound like a terrorist I also agree, shorting does have its merits, for example I have a short going on the ftse 100 currently as a partial hedge against the profits my iinvestment funds have made this year, I'd hate to see those profits disappear in one fell swoop

just looking in, not invested, them 300k shares bought by the director only add up to about £15k, not a great deal in the whole scheme of things and probably only account for a semblance of his annual wage, think I'll leave this one, gl

almost a bagger !! unfortunately I sold a few around 100 that I'd added on the way up but the original ones remain long & strong, I'm assuming we are expecting a strong trading statement sure you can get quicker baggers with more risk, but I prefer growing companies
