My lowest buy in is 0.1358 on 30/10/20 the highest buy I have in my current holding is 2.6556 on 18/07/2018, I have an average of 0.8108.
That isnt strictly true as I have holding is other accounts but that is the one I have looked at tonight and cant be arsed to do the sums.
Sorry all
Sounded a bit patronising, if you are new to this share today your opinion is still as valid as mine who has been here a while. . . . but at least the longer you have been here then at least you can at least assess who is more trust worthy than others.

Steve Sanderson wasnt the CEO back in 2016 and if you invested here in 2016 then you would have had plenty of time to get out at 10+bag.
I have been here throughout those times, those who have been here will know.
I did believe in UKOG got a few out at the right time but no where near enough. (sold some at 8p) but also bought some after at 2.4p.
Still believe in UKOG, just didnt expect that Turkey would save us (Christmas Jokes incoming) but I do now.
BTW Hi Penguins see you are still active on these boards. He/she should always be listened to to stop you following the hype. Definitely not saying believe what they say but always good to listen to an educated nay sayer.

Where is the pump. I cannot find anything to increase the price except buyers. I dont think many people will have followed them (to many have lost so much already) so these buyers will no be able to dump their share.

I am not part of the consensus which believes the big money is selling and definitely not part of the consensus that it is little money soaking it up.
We know that there is one seller the placees and I dont believe that there is enough PI money here to soak it all up.
There hasnt been any TR1s to show that Tellurian or Canaccord are selling, there should have been TR1s if ever of them hasnt been buying. I think at least one of them will have been especially as Canaccord was efficient in issuing its first TR1

I agree only a fool would base their valuation on EWT recovery levels only problem is that fool made money on this share whereas this fool is sitting on losses.
Glad to see you keep popping back Seadoc
Canaccord had to buy to stay above 5% so did they by enough to take them above 6% or not buy at all?
There is no way that all of the placing shares went to PIs so where did they go?
There is no way someone would take on a placing that big without having a buyer lined up for the majority of them. As it was only open to UK investors my initial thoughts are that the buyer lined up would have been Canaccord

Correct it is 3 billion shares.
The authority was announced on 26 May and it was always going to be passed so if any shareholder didnt like it they had a chance to get out anytime between then and now.
It only gives the authority to issue more shares - it doesnt mean that they will issue them it could be any number between 0 and 3 billion
Also if they need more they will just pass a special resolution to get more.
Just because they are overseas doesnt mean that the 1% increments dont apply. They do get an extra 2 days to notify though. Although I do agree they havent been following the correct procedures and that is why UKOG have been issuing them on their behalf.

"Thorpedo, I have done a couple of hours research over a few days, but I can see that I already know more than you about Tellurian and they are selling."
How do you know that they ARE selling? There is evidence that they are actually buying (although I dont believe that they are) The TR1 on 8 April states that they had 6.61% on 3 June the same shareholding would be 5.88% and no TR1 was issued to say that they went through the 6% barrier so evidently they must have bought shares to keep above it - I personally doubt it but that is the evidence.
"Tellurian sold 184,500,000 shares between 31st Dec and the 31st March. And based on the SP history and the number issued from the first tranche, Tellurian have been selling at a loss." Now this depends on your definition of a loss. The third tranche was cash or shares at UKOGs discretion, obviously UKOG didnt have any cash. I think that in March Telluran forward sold the final tranche (borrowing from itself) It probably sold the £1m and gained 50m shares in the process.
I dont think Telluran are selling at the moment.
