I'm of the same thoughts as you SouthCumbria in everything you say and also form the same area. I just hope that as part of Stage 2 any dilution can be kept to a minimum to allow the SP to get somewhere near the £2 mark Good luck all
"The Company expects this partnership approach to pricing to deliver it the highest prices across its current supply agreement portfolio. Based on prices implied for POLY4 by current farmgate prices of polyhalite and similar products in Europe, this Agreement is expected to deliver prices to Sirius between the current offtake agreement levels and the full nutrient value of POLY4"
That's how I would read the situation as well. It was a requirement with the existing prospective lenders but now discussions with them have paused and with the Alternative Proposal being on the table it's no longer relevent. It appears that the major global financial institution is happy to fund the Project in the full..!
Whilst not wanting to start a fish and chip war lol, I'd have to agree with you ASHpot, on the last pilgrimage I made to the North East we went into Magpies and it was, well OK nothing more.
Morning Beerbull, like you my first buys were 12 months before planning permission, where has that time gone..? I'm still hopeful we will get a good Stage 2 and am more worried about the Project having to be slowed down until Stage 2 is concluded. Hopefully it wont come to that and the BOD will deliver a good deal before the month's end. Good luck all..!
Sincere apologies robins, it apears you are correct, I'm confusing it with my self assessment info. Based on this then we are even more desperate for a Stage 2 resolution asap
I don't understand what you mean robins. If the first quarter is April through to June and we have "sufficient liquidity to fund project progress in line with the current Project schedule into the second quarter of 2019" then by default we are into the start of July at the very earliest which is the start of Quarter 2..!
I think it will be the 30th of April FWIW. The last 4 RNS's have been on a Tuesday and I think they will need all the time available to conclude the deal, after all it will be a time consuming exercise..!
Very interesting Myo, Fred asked a question the other night which she thought was silly and I said to her there are no silly questions as it had got me thinking also lol. Do you think as part of the Stage 2 Alternative Proposal, one of the requirements from the major global financial institution is that Capital Group to remove all interest in the Project somehow..?
Yes I was just reading that Myo, I like it and bearing in mind our Poly 4 is certified for organic use and has a low environmental impact then this is surely another plus for this Project :)
Yes I fully understand that the Mine Build is everything Cliff but I'd still like to know what he is like as an individual. I know what I am like as a person and If I was the CEO it would be absolutely imperative that with any deal, that the people who helped get the Project to where it is today would not be shat on, pardon my French..!
