Hi Jim, apologies for being so direct and for the cheeky question but I was just watching a video clip of you from a few years back discussing Sirius, and I wondered firstly, are you still on board and secondly would you be so kind as to offer your valued opinion on where we currently sit, i.e. the SP, Stage 2 etc..?

Without sounding negative, the only way I would sell now if I had an average below 15p is if I had lost all confidence in the Project...!
I must admit I have lost a little confidence from an investment point of view but not as a great story and change in lifestyle for a lot of people of the North East.!
I still believe it will come good though and have everything crossed...!

I feel for you LN, I've a very similar average to you, In well before planning but a couple of poor buys when the SP was high hasn't helped me.
I am trying to play this a little smarter now however, but it is a bit of a gamble...!

Yes Thechukkers I agree, it's not for the Approval in it's entirety otherwise why not just announce that..!
As you say it states engage in negotiations so there is obviously a few tweaks that need ironing out and agreeing.
We shall soon see.

So if the OO shares for both your entitlement and any additional shares you receive are not subject to stamp, then who pays the stamp duty is it the Company that foots the bill?
I wonder how the BOD feel about this given the poor effort the company has received from the Government..!

I totally agree RocketShip, my average is a good few pence higher than it is today but with being a LTH I've been able to increase my holding to an amount I wouldn't have been able to reach if I were to start buying today.
I'm hoping that the SP will soon be a little higher and then my paper gain will be well above what I could have achieved with being a new investor even at an SP of circa 15p.

Not sure why PAAA would have harmed himself tbh, I can't remember anything he's posted that would result in such actions.
I value, all the posts on here but really value and appreciate posts from PAAA, GK, Scotman, Myo, Casa and Superleggera (who has unfortunately left I believe)
These lads post information of substance and detail that should be absorbed and understood IMO, I have learnt so much from them. I know they don't all see things the same way but their posts allow individuals to decide what they think based on the Info they post,
I hope SL comes back and they all keep posting as I for one really appreciate their posts..!
