This maybe a stupid question but did Tony mention equity..? if not then why would the raise have to involve equity at all..? why not just straight debt..?

Tlou only proposed a 10MW PPA as part of our tender. We intend rapidly extending once we have implemented the 10MW.

I was fortunate enough to transfer some funds from one of my accounts to buy the excess shares I didn't receive from the OO. This may be an option for others and might gain you a few more instead of having to wait, then again it may drop back but I was happy paying 15.5p yesterday..!

Fair points Tardis and I'm certainly not trying to trash Tony in any way shape or form, however I would have thought that with Tony and Peter's experience they would have had at least an inkling that getting BKM into production would have been a tougher task than first thought, or maybe they had ASIPAC or similar strategic partners in their thoughts a long time ago and I missed that piece of the puzzle lol.
As for an interim/partial BFS, If that is going to be released in this state then I'm hoping it won't have an adverse effect on the SP, again apologies for sounding negative but I would not be surprised if it did..!

I'd have to agree Mike, I didn't hear anything different from the previous podcasts apart from Strategical moves and a hopeful a BFS in the next few weeks. The problem I have is that we have been waiting for a long time now and are still not there. I heard nothing in the podcast to give the Long Term Holders of this play any great comfort or was I just not listening correctly..?
Maybe I'm just being naive but I don't feel as confident about this as much regardless of TM's usual confident talk. For me I'd like a positive BFS and a takeover.
I just hope it is just my glass half empty outlook and the fact my portfolio looks like a bloodbath but I do hope things come good.

Hopefully we can get a good BFS, then if we manage to get back to 6.5p I'm off too......

I'm also buying the excess shares that I didn't manage to get from the OO tomorrow as I think it's pretty much at the bottom now.
I sold a large chunk at a good price before the OO came into play as my average was too high, I'm buying the remaining excess shares tomorrow which will bring my average down by about 1.5p so am really pleased that it worked out.
I only braved it because I read and digested the posts from some of our more experienced posters and felt it was worth trying, so a big thank you to them (GK especially). And I'm not trying to sound like a Smart Ar*e with my trade as my average is still a lot higher than the new people on-board but I am much happier with where I'm now sat..!

Hi Fred, I believe the company would have a legal obligation to announce any early news regarding the $500m of bonds especially as the completion of these bonds would be classed as price sensitive.
I think we are all expected a lift in SP once (If) the Bonds have been taken up...!

Interesting GK. So JPM are getting 3-6% to "manage" getting the bonds syndicated out, with zero commitment if they fail..?

Ha-ha, yes Myo, I noticed that he couldn't even get the Torp values correct.
I read them out of interest personally but don't take any notice of there views if that makes sense..!
