Yes welcome back PAAA, nice to see someone of integrity on the board again, there appears to be a lot of unsavoury characters that have turn up in the last few days and a lot of the good guys off to grass so to speak..!

As for the placing I'm sure there's plenty who have turned up on here in the last couple of days will take them and why not, the Project is greatly de-risked and potentially funded to completion and the 15 price is a good price.
They will be snapped up, no doubt about it but not by me, I feel like a discarded belly wipe the company has just thrown in the bin regardless of the deal being the only one available.
It probably doesn't matter to them but they have lost my trust and that to me is invaluable.
I've got more of these than I now want tbh but need the SP to rise a little before getting back in shape.

I must say that the Director's buys or lack of have been one of the concerns of mine.
Hutton was MP from where I live and along with the others on the Sirius website they have their photos which I don't like looking at to be honest lol. They all look as smooth as whipped weasel sh*t

I wouldn't bank on the price not going below the placing price mr.dt.
This has turned into a dog I'm afraid....
If I was brave I'd be looking for a low price and lumping in in order to get my average down in the hope of breaking even and escaping but I've got too much skin in this already so the bottom drawer it is...!

I think the majority of PI's feel the same way as you Bobster, I have got far too emotive with this share, I know it's one of the, not to do golden rules of investment but I honestly thought we had found a great little company that we had a part of. I feel bruised and really let down, even though this was probably the only deal available. I remember posts stating Staley was being encouraged to bring in II's into the company as shareholders well they have certainly manage to do that at the PI's expense I'm sorry to say, and he will no doubt be rewarded for his efforts.

That's a very interesting point regarding the IPA guarantee and makes sense as a reason why Stage 2 didn't go as well as planned. I actually thought that because we weren't using the IPA our position had somehow been strengthened but I guess not.
Lets hope we can complete the Stage 2 in it's entirety in the coming weeks and press on with the great work that's being achieved on site by the lads and lasses.

Evening sheps, do you have an opinion of how Stage 2 has unfolded, do you think it is the best that could be achieved under the circumstances or should it have been played differently..?
I'm genuinely interested to hear your opinion which I value, I feel a little underwhelmed tbh..?
Also PAAA is noticeable by his absence and I'd be appreciative of his experienced views as well on where we currently stand..!

Dare I say it, it feels worse to me personally. At least after Stage 1 there was still a tidy profit to be made and also wiggle room for any "problems" that we may encounter during the build.
I'm praying it all goes smoothly from here, and before anyone says that the contractors are taking all the risk I've already taken that onbard.
