Morning DtE, your AA possibility for funding was bugging me as I thought I'd asked the question to TLOU.
I had, back in May.
I asked, if AA were a potential JV partners because of the hydrogen link and was assured they are not and that TLOU are looking to advance their own hydrogen options.
Circumstances change I know but that puts the BPOPF well in front of any other potential financers IMO (and I hope so)
Hopefully we will find out very soon.

AA is the only other body I can think of DtE, especially with the De Beers/Orapa link.
I was thinking they'd be more likely to be buying TLOU out in say 3/4 years..!

I agree mfm, if we hypothesise and it is them I wonder how much more of a equity stake they would like in the company..?
I think the BPOPF would be a great fit personally, so hope it is them.

Fair enough mrmoagi, he said he was very confident that all the paperwork can be concluded within a reasonable timescale but we all know it's out of their hands so we must not forget that.

More interesting for me was the "very strategic long term holder" that comes with the finance deal, could it be anyone other than the BPOPF..?

I'd suggest even if the company were producing 100MW you and a few others still wouldn't forgive him for that one.

Hi rifteastafrica, most posters are aware of the RKH situation but what is more important IMO was the takers for the RKH shares all took under 3% so we don't know who they are or whether they have sole up or not.
The selling into good news has been going on for what feels like ages.
Some think it's people taking profit, some think it's whoever bought the RKH shares but it's unclear, to me it is anyway.
The selling can't go on forever though so we just need to hold tight and hopefully this will rise.

Good find EB, very bullish.
I don't think the market has grasped what the PPA and Finance agreement unlocks here.
As the money sponge indicates the mcap has a huge potential upside.

That's a fair post whizz.
I'm hoping that the PPA and Financing are both favourable deals.
A lot of peeps might be waiting to see if there's a placing IAW the finance deal if not the finance deal itself being signed.
I'm still hopeful of being well north of the option share strike price come the end date but time will tell.

Well one thing we do know is that the terms have already been agreed and the legal docs are being prepared by the financiers.
As with the PPA timescales are out of aTlou's control but I'm expecting this before Christmas.
Clearly the financiers are well up to speed with the project.
Hopefully it's a case of producing the docs, some DD by both parties and more signatures.

Agreed EB, it looks like the market wants more than the agreed PPA.
Hopefully we will get some detail on the PPA soon.
Then we need to get the Finance signed off.
We need to understand what the finance conditions are too, I'm guessing there will be a reasonable amount of equity and the rest straight debt. If it's BPOPF (which is my guess) I'm sure they'll want to increase their holding..! If so what will the placing price be.

Me too mrmoagi, as always the devil's in the detail.

Now we need to sign the finance docs once prepared.
Get our TL contractors mobilised.
Get the Synergen Hydrogen partnership up and running in early 2022.
There's lots of potential good news to come.

Well done to all the TLOU Team.
I'm certain they've been as frustrated as the shareholders at the way this has dragged out but they deserve credit for getting this over the line.
I'm sure there's a few on here who wont be offering any praise tho....

Each to their own whizzer but for me this project has just begun..!
