I'm hoping we don't see any TR1's for decreasing holdings from the Newlands or the likes as that would be a big blow.

I personally think gas to power was and still is their main goal. Maybe starting small and gaining some profit so smaller amounts of debt and/or dilution would be required as the company grows.
I think SAPP membership is still the goal.
The problem we have is, the PPA must be awarded before finance can be agreed from the preffered parties. I feel TLOU have and are still trying to force the BPC's hand in getting the PPA over the line with talk of alternatives for their gas.
As yet it appears that this hasn't had the desired effect and the process will take as long as it takes and not a minute sooner.

I'd suggest some are buys chrismac, the buy and sell tag indicates nothing more than whether the transaction was carried out above or below the midpoint.
Look at the sp value and time the transaction was made and the resultant SP of course.

Just to add, I said months ago my confidence had been knocked because the SP was so poor which indicated to me something wasn't quite right.
The reply I received was "sell up then"

A few of us have expressed concern over the poor SP but most who expressed their opinion have been ridden out of town on a rail.
It's made for a much poorer BB as people don't express their thoughts which in turn opens up debate. Ssuch a shame as we need each others thoughts to try and understand what the company and privelidged II's already know.

MM I hope there is something for us in what you say but as whizzer says that wouldn't be a quick win based on anything that's been done before.
Mrmoagi you are right, it's still all about the gas to power IMO.
Like I say the PPA award is a must IMO the other stuff is just whistles and bells.

We know they are our major shareholder with a near 8% holding.
Malindah says they want more of a return on investment and says choosing the assets is a scientific process and we cannot anticipate the outcome which I think is a load of 8ollocks.

I would love to see an increase in their holding courtesy of a TR1 but am not holding my breath.

It's a nice thought Brad, I would love nothing more than to f*ck the BPC right off, however, even if we could and we were producing hydrogen who would be buying it off us..?
Not the locals, hell most of them don't own a pair of flip-flops let alone a car, let alone a hydrogen car. Transportation of hydrogen is costly and has conditions to take into account so I'm not sure where the market is tbh.
I hoped Orapa maybe the answer but having done a little more research don't think so.
I think the company are just treading water and looking at potential future blue sky projects where their gas could be used whilst the PPA goes through the BPC machine tbh.
Like I've said the signing of the PPA is such a long drawn out process so I'd say they must be thinking of all options but in reality the 10mw PPA is the only viable one at this current time.

It makes people wonder why and also erodes investor confidence.

Like i say Whizz the only news that will get anyone excited and the SP movting is a 10mw PPA Award Imo.
All other tweets and info is just noise and distraction.
People read things and then think "OK, back in thebottom drawer"

I don't think the BOD would do that crumbs, after all that could confuse some PI's into not realising how much of a pay rise they were awarding themselves because the PI's wouldn't apply the exchange rate.

I'd suggest they were more confident in getting a little profit more than the confidence in our "Executive Team"

Agreed crumbs, it would not surprise me if some of the sellers were those who bought in from the RKH Aquisition.
These were all under taken under the 3% threshold so we don't know who they purchased or what they are doing as no TR1's are needed.
I reckon Larkin will know.
I think this will be sold into on any raises as trust has diminished.

I think he's doing as good a job as he can tbf Whizz.
Of course I'd be much happier if we'd have progressed far, far further than we are, but I honestly think his hands are tied.
As for news, everytime we get an update which isn't the 10mw PPA award it goes down badly. Only a 10mw award will see this rerate and give people a chance to bail out unscathed IMO.

Maybe if we can get the hibiscus and selva payments we can get back to tree pea.
