For me, I find UOG's words to be ambiguous at best and for all the positive talk from BL we see the SP getting lower by the day.

I was a little disappointed with the pre-payment facility extension from from 30 September 2022 to 31 December 2023, but I suppose it gives flexibilty.

Hi Brad, I'm good, I guess now isn't the time but I'm happy that the company have talked about the option in order to try and tighten up the stock.

Yes it was a little stupid of me, my judgement was somewhat clouded, it's because I had sweet thoughts of the company having just a little surplus cash from which they could possibly buy out the most self annointing, conceited individual I've come across.
If you were made of chocolate hot-shot you'd have licked yourself to death by now.

Hi Brad I've also been thinking about how much of the original raise is left in the pot.
I also thought now we have funding agreed and because I believe the SP is very undervalued and there are a reasonable number of flaky investors on board, I asked the company if they'd considered a share buyback/ consolidation.
Obviously this could weed out the people who are after a quick buck. This would surely help strengthen the SP by placing the shares in sticky hands. We also know we are going to be issuing shares to the BPOPF so to claw back some shares are a price at let's say 3p could be very beneficial and possibly even reduce the impact of dilution.
The company said it's something they've discussed but I think they are waiting to see these flaky holders drop away once the SP gains some traction.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this..?

A very good interview from Colm and as I said yesterday the next 12 montgs could be really exciting.
We are probably going to have a quiet spell before the New Year because it's silly season and possibly Omicron but 2022 could be very good IMO.
Periodic updates on the TL work would be very important and surely as we progress in the field the SP must start reflecting the progress.
I still don't think the masses understand just how good the finance deel at 7.75% actually is.
Now we just need to get rid of the flaky investors.

Morning JMAX, we should be receiving the development well results before Christmas.

Morning Brad, I'm not sure what I might be agreeing to in all honesty.
Now we have the PPA and Finance I'm expecting some good progress as we have now truly taken control of this Project. Hopefully we will get the Hydrogen module in place and the TL scope contractors mobilised asap and working against an aggressive schedule.
I have previously said that I'd like to see a reduction in PI's holding here as well and personally believe the poor SP is down to PI's who were trying to make a quick buck on the back of the finance deal which hasn't happened.
I do think the next 12 months should see a change in sentiment in this company.

Hi mrmoagi, IMO your No1 is the main reason for the poor SP.
PI's have simply got bored with the story.
I would add though that I could see a rapid spike in the SP from FOMO as well.
I'm personally hoping more II's get on board and the PI's holdings reduce as that generally gives growth and stability.

Good morning DtE, to be fair they have taken pay cuts and both CC and GG have received their performance package in shares so that for me is a strong statement. I agree it would be nice if they could all buy more, but overall I'm persomally very satisfied with the BOD.

Morning DtE, I hope you're right, it's been a long slog over the years. What I'd like to see know is some serious II involvement and a reduction in the wet knickered PI's that are holding.

I don't get the SP either, the finance package and partnership are both very good IMO.
Maybe some people bought in the hope of flipping on a finance agreed spike.

Hi Brad, I've already asked the question "why July?" and the reply was because the BPOPF's financial year ends on 30th June and so spreading the $10m investment across different financial years works better for them.
Hopefully the SP can rise before then.
