focusIR May 2024 Investor Webinar: Blue Whale, Kavango, Taseko Mines & CQS Natural Resources. Catch up with the webinar here.
A very good interview from Colm and as I said yesterday the next 12 montgs could be really exciting.
We are probably going to have a quiet spell before the New Year because it's silly season and possibly Omicron but 2022 could be very good IMO.
Periodic updates on the TL work would be very important and surely as we progress in the field the SP must start reflecting the progress.
I still don't think the masses understand just how good the finance deel at 7.75% actually is.
Now we just need to get rid of the flaky investors.
Morning JMAX, we should be receiving the development well results before Christmas.
Morning Brad, I'm not sure what I might be agreeing to in all honesty.
Now we have the PPA and Finance I'm expecting some good progress as we have now truly taken control of this Project. Hopefully we will get the Hydrogen module in place and the TL scope contractors mobilised asap and working against an aggressive schedule.
I have previously said that I'd like to see a reduction in PI's holding here as well and personally believe the poor SP is down to PI's who were trying to make a quick buck on the back of the finance deal which hasn't happened.
I do think the next 12 months should see a change in sentiment in this company.
Hi mrmoagi, IMO your No1 is the main reason for the poor SP.
PI's have simply got bored with the story.
I would add though that I could see a rapid spike in the SP from FOMO as well.
I'm personally hoping more II's get on board and the PI's holdings reduce as that generally gives growth and stability.
Good morning DtE, to be fair they have taken pay cuts and both CC and GG have received their performance package in shares so that for me is a strong statement. I agree it would be nice if they could all buy more, but overall I'm persomally very satisfied with the BOD.
Hi Brad, I've already asked the question "why July?" and the reply was because the BPOPF's financial year ends on 30th June and so spreading the $10m investment across different financial years works better for them.
Hopefully the SP can rise before then.
Quite a flurry of tweets on the company's page tonight.

Well I'm hoping that there is a polished, fully cost loaded and aggressive TL Scope project plan that has been produced.
I'm also hoping it's been put through a risk model and has some incentivised milestones attached. I also hope there is a risk register, all the long lead items identified with quotes recieved.
As mrmoagi has rightly said the clock is ticking and we have finally taken control, now it's time to deliver.
Well discussions with further offtakers have begun I believe so It's highly possible mrmoagi.
On the Finance front, it wouldn't surprise me if a rerate wasn't forthcoming, not quickly anyway.
The finance deal helps us but I'm happy to wait.
Hi DtE, I was referring to my post below tbh but I know what you mean.
So i'd suggest the next topic of conversation/debate will be the Contractors and construction of the TL SOW.
RE: Funding24 Nov 2021 11:13
Still sticking with my "before December" prediction but we'll see.
I hope you're right Swan.
The problem I have is that I'm invested in a few companies that have large porential upside yet people don't appear to be interested in investing
The whole market just appears to be very flat to me, even the greenies aren't really performing.
I don't think that's the case smallfish, TLOU are looking for a long term strategic partner and I believe the financier is that partner so delaying to save a months interest isn't what I think.
I also believe the financier has a few formalities to do before signing which I also believe is this month.
Finally I'd suggest GG may have got his hands slapped for putting a time limit of the signing. As we were told it is out of TLOU's hands and if it does come before Christmas then I'd suggest it has been quick in Botswana terms.
Still sticking with my "before December" prediction but we'll see.
I'm not too concerned about the SP at present as I'm not planning on selling any shares for a good few years.
The SP will take care of itself, in fact I think we are starting to see signs of this already.
Why do I think this..!
well look at the big picture;
The 10mw PPA is done.
The finance is virtually done.
transmission line scope ready to go.
Gas is flowing.
The Hydrogen prototype will be onsite early next year.
Demand and price of gas is going through the roof.
Power requirement in the region is going up (look at the Eskom's major issues)
Discussions on further offtakers apparently started.
I'm sat here very comfortable and very confident.
