CHRI55 was not having a dig , just showing what tactics myself use.
Once your shares rises above 30% and you have faith then the returns are better.
So no to give what value i have but is a true reflection in % i.e £100k invested and now valued at £162K.
Only have sold 1 company in that time rest "ENW" are still kept
My worst performer was Block Energy but luck happened when this shares nose drive to a faction of the original investment and bought more. Not a tactic i would use but was heavy down and now in profit but heavy on portfolio.
What was worse did my research but the CEO had made statements that i had taken for truth and failed , now has been given a scare by new investors and nearly given the boot,
Still hold them as now believe will treble in 3 to 9 months
CHRI55 you do what you believe is best and like you say if Loopup is positive then you rebuy.
The CEO got burnt by the city for the purchase of the last company and failed to materialise in gross profit , now and believe that the CEO under promises and in turn trying to please the city , my take is that best to say we know we will have turnover guaranteed to value of X plus we know unsecured contracts will deliver Y.

If the share price stays the same for 5 weeks can buy more in the new tax year , suspect that will have risen by then as free float of shares dries up.
Still very heavy on this company but my trust has been enlarged on what Marcy said , seems our CEO was near to getting the boot and instructed action and deliver.

Stew200 - my real gut feeling is Loopup will be bought out and can say this will be within 9 to 12 months .
Unless Loopup must do a deal with Zoom if they want to be sole supplier of Mobile to Internet connections , if this was to happen the competition rules would make it impossible for the big company's to buy

The Fear is and one that i trust of not missing out is that i carry research to the extreme , invested 20 years ago and flopped out.
Why chase the 10% rises and got caught out , so 16 Months ago had the bug again and started investing 4 different company's but with Three rules.
Rule 1 ; Research the company and find that its fundamentally 50% or more below what the share price should be - set target to sell within that top end. ( if the share goes down or up multiple times does not matter )
Rule 2 ; Research the company and find that you found a golden nugget that will show fruits in later times ; set you sell at 5 times profit but only sell 3/5 of the company leaving free shares and a nice profit.
Rule 3 ; Research the company and find that you found a golden nugget and no matter what you will not sell one share as future will just increase multiple times in profit.

Example - Rule 1 - held ENW - price bought 15p sold 25p couple months ago
Example - Rule 2 - Held Totally - price bought 12p current price 29p - not achieved my target
Example - Rule 3 - Held ITX - price bought 1.7p current price 5.2p - never will ever sell unless 100 times first investment

Been going through the share logs , seems that last few days only about 750k of share sold by brokers in the share raise.
That means we still have a overhang of around 25 million plus or minus 1 million.
It would appear that if the share goes above 3.4 pence then this is the trigger , problem is without a RNS we will not have volume.
Based on this and if no RNS this will go on for at least a month, sorry to be bearer of news but that's reality.
The only other option is media or strong broker recommendation that will trigger volume.
Im at full tilt making up 22% of my portfolio , my aim is to sell 3/5 of shares leaving 250k of shares at 7 pence.
The shares will be left for next 5 years of which will have cost me nothing

Bibsmoke - Loopup have there own platform including Video , Every week have to log in to the directors and there is a option via the internet or by phone. In the last 3 weeks our internet was so slow was not possible to connect so use the phone line for connection.
With the Law firms they insisted on Video via the internet and mobile connection for quality of sound.
Loopup are dominating this niche sector and like all that dominate all other PS company's , the aim this year is to go from 30 Country's to 60 .
Loopup are not competing with Zoom or Teams and in fact no one else to supply over the internet base only.
Also on the background of ARR ; two years ago this was non existed only last year decided to give this as a option and relied on per minute paid.
This company is going world wide , hence why strong in Australia with poor internet outside city's and other locations throughout the world.
On another note why do you think the PS division is strong , if you have a multi million pound deal and that crashes due to the internet you want a backup solution - if that solution cost the company £50k to use that service i.e Loopup then that's peanuts if your internet dies.

ENW needs two wells per year just to maintain production. That’s $20-25 mn in capex - more than the company earns

It was here that learnt both directors run both company's and that INSP been going for 40 Years in pass the parcel. So Oct was a strong investment case and said no , 9 months later i feel sorry for the investors.
