Since assuming the 100% working interest over the wells and operations from Millennium Petrocapital Inc in Gonzales County in Texas back in July 2023, PPP have sought to add value to the acreage. It's been a rocky ride to date but this transaction completely de-risks any capital expenditure needs to increase production, but still provides us with the massive benefit and leverage of all future works undertaken on the licences for the next circa 30 years. Given the current estimated life of the wells at 20 years plus, it secures PPPs future for many years to come. Shareholders should not underestimate the material value of receiving a ORRI on oil production from these wells. There is a lot of oil in these 2,036 acres and we will rank equally with the landowners with this ORRI and receive monthly revenue income from all oil sales from Texas once production recommences. We are hopeful to see oil production starting within months." the RNS from yesterday and you can clearly see this is worth so much more.

Buys V sells, buys now winning, some strong buys now coming through for the past hour, time for a re-rate, back to the 0.07s by close of play!

ScarletVixen - you maybe better reading all the RNS's from April to date to see why it has gone up, then maybe you would actually look like you knew what you were talking about and then hopefully you would relaise that actually "now is the time to get in", as this is serioulsy undervalued!

If anything this should have bounced up, it was a good positive RNS, with no real downside changes.

Expect a postive uplift this afternoon.

This afternoon should be back to where we started this morning around the 0.075 range.

#MSMN Quarterly Update RNS:

A near double increase in net production. 6,287 barrels of oil for the quarter to end of June, marking an improvement from 3,764 boe for the March quarter.

CEO “With the oil price around USD 80 per barrel this asset provides strong cash flow.”

Cash position was $1.07m at the end of June, but since there’s been warrant conversions of $427,000 & addition O&G revenues. Also there’ll be $750,000 due from the Stanley sale in September. So a healthy cash balance & no need for a cash raise.

The most important & key update is Operator (Greenvale Energy) #GRV has been advised by the NT government department that they would approve or request modification to the submitted EP145 Seismic Environmental Plan on or before 26 August 2024.

Great news re #Helium asset EP155, as #MMM has confirmed that a prospectus has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("Prospectus") regarding the reverse takeover by Georgina Energy - now schedule for early August after the AGM

The market has seemed to knee jerk at the wobbly Cinnabar oil production, seemingly forgetting the recent pivot away from O&G toward #Helium. Strong cash balance & helium updates aplenty to come. A top up opportunity in my opinion!

Back to the 7s again, people really need to read things before making rash decisions!

Whoever sold those at first sight of the RNS is going to be pi55ed!
