In just 2 weeks we have seen the share price go from highs of 2.125 to todays low of 0.96.

Within these past 17 days as shown below there has only been 4 days where the share price has finished up from the previous day. We have not seen any uplift in the share price for close to 11 days.

Today also looks set to finish lower and remain sub 1p.

So for all the rampers quoting stupid predictions of 3p by the end of the week, where are you now?

Sure Blubay – here are some of my reasons, why I don’t believe this should have an Mcap currently of anywhere near £60million.

Current cash flow £0

Current cash in the bank £0 hence they have to keep raising to even keep the lights on!

Raises done of the past few years – In 4 years they have increased the number of shares in issue by 10x with the latest being used to fund Bluestar.

A quote from Lorna’s own RNS, I have highlighted the one word here that also did not make this sound as exciting as it could have been!…. "We are very pleased to have entered into this partnership with Blue Star that allows us to build an expanding global footprint in the helium sector at such a pivotal time. Our projects in Tanzania remain our primary focus, but this development opportunity enables the Company to “potentially” secure near-term cash flow to aid with progressing our Tanzanian asset. We now have a portfolio of two potential near term revenue projects in our portfolio.

This last funding saw the share price drop from a high of 2p back down to where we are today at now under 1p.

Although the drop was mostly to do with that placement the market has also not responded well to the RNS.

It also did not respond well to Lorna’s webinar when she announced they would need a further £50million.

If HE1 was the big deal you would see huge buys go through and the price increasing significantly, but we are not. These big players do not care about rampers and de rampers on small boards like this, they look to when a company is 100% worth investing their money in, right now we are not seeing that, even at these low entry levels.

Without funds they need loans, JV, or to raise more from Share holders.

Bluestar will not be the cash pit to drive all of HE1’s finance needed for them to complete 20/30 drills.

There is also no guarantee that the 20/30 wells will be commercial.

Still awaiting on a license, which yes should be granted, but this is Tanzania!

So when I take all this into account I still cannot see why this has a value of circa £60million.

I’m not saying that one day this should not have a value of this or potentially even a lot higher, but right now, it has to many downsides to warrant investing even at these levels.

I have been saying for weeks that this would be back under a penny and just like last week we have opened with a sell price of now 0.96!

So who is in the wrong? Me for giving my point of view to where this would end up? Which has been correct to date,

Or the rampers that keep telling everyone that this would be 3p by the end of the week?

Anyway, i still would not put a penny of money in here until the Mcap comes down to a way more realistic price.

GLA, long term this will come good but for those wanting to make good money thgis side of 2025 this is not the share for you.

Rong53 - I still believe right now this should have an Mcap of that! Its been massivly hyped hence we have seen the drop from 2p to 1p over the past 2 weeks.

Novice80 - read back through my posts i predicted this would go sub 1p (which it did) the day before it happened.

I also stated when this was at 1.50 that we would see a big drop to below placement of 1.09 which guess what we have!

SP starting to move south again, should close today around 1.01p - 1.02p, with another test under 1p tomorrow morning.

22starship22 - Im not the one sitting on a loss watching my money dwindle away! I road this up on the hype and got out quick, made a few grand, but can see where this is going now.

OMG no it dosn't!

Multiple wells tested with good flow rates will put this back to possibly 2p but then you have to take in to consideration the funding needed to do these wells.

This company has no current cash flow and is a long way off in putting anything into production.

This is why the share price is falling and going back to a more realistic price, which i still believe will fall further. (The hype and ramping is done here)

Dont get me wrong i think long term and we are talking years not months then this could come good for share holders.

However there are so many more companies out their that will have many multiples of their current share price and PI's will eventually get bored here and move on dropping the current SP to well under 1p

Its going to go under 1p and then it will drop fast

Hey Bamp, dont worry this shares only down by 50% in the past 12 days! keep hanging on in there buddy. Sure you will get your money back one day when this rockets all the way back to 1p.

Followed with a dip into the 0.9s tomorrow!

Do you not see that you get 100 buys in a row the SP does not move 2 sells go through and this drops!

What will happen when more sells start to pick up, this will tank big time!

With all these buys do you not think to yourself why its not moving?

Anyone investing in here now is mad, its going to need so much cash over the coming years, who will benefit from that? PIs? NOOOO they will give all their mates cheap shares to raise that capital and who is going to lose out then?

Love it when people state their point of view on a "discussion board"only to be met with abuse! Just because you think its worth investing in dosn't mean everyone else has to and cannot put their point of view accross, just like you like to put your postive point across! Bamb, made a good amount on UKOG thanks, just like i did here, and on PPP and MSMN and plenty of others. gusess you are trying to all ramp this to feck as you are all trapped in much higher, just like every other ramper.
