@Thumper1127 yes I am into trying things I will be too old to do eventually (57 now). I found the book on Ebay, thanks I will enjoy that. I hope you do pack your rucksack and go. I have been travelling last 5 years UK by narrowboat, meeting folk and learning new stuff. Looking at the Hebridean Way by bike if I can get that in this year before weather is too awful up there :). Roll on EZY November results to pay for next years wanderings :)

Thankyou my friend, a trek like that is great for reseting everything, I met some people that literally just keep walking around the world, going from one trek to another all year round, inspiring. I was in SAGA until today, amazing uplift the last month, but sold / banked that and came here as EZY looks undervalued and I really do believe in their future.

I believe Easyjet is going to rerate up considerably on results Q3 results 25th November. £6 my own target before xmas. I just had a trip to Corsica to go walk the GR20 trek, came back last week, plain full, all running smoothly and stress free. The GR20 trek is fantastic, hard work but superbly rewarding, such a beautiful place, must go back for sure.

The estate agents i am with told me they are recruiting new staff to meet the demands.

It went on market October, got messed about with an offer early on which didn’t progress. Then quite until first week Jan then lots of viewings booked in, and an offer close the asking price. I did reduce it before xmas, the agents i think tend to over value things sometimes just to get your business. Anyway I'm delighted and hope it all goes through, moving from York to Lancaster

Currently in process of selling my house, theres allot of activity in the housing market, it really picked up this month with many feeling confident to move home. There are numerous reports online about it. I think if they are accurate with reporting going forward this one is on the up. Just a bit time ..

Bought into EZY earlier this morning.

6 months perhaps, but hopefully a healthy recovery here , perhaps even a divi :)

Whilst there has been some pull back, profit takers, worries (regards) current material and labour supply, I am confident Vistry have these problems well addressed, not sitting back letting them cause problems so I think we may ride sideways for a little while but as they continue to prove they are on top the situ I see Vistry at 1800+ on results day one year from now, a steady investment with good dividends. A long term keeper for me.

Well yes having wrongly predicted the bottom at 24 I am searching for it again to average down, not that I have a large holding any more .. I can't see a reason for an upward trend atm
