For those who still dont get how the selling works JB will be at the following %:

Friday - 0.66% - 0%

So up until he sells his last 0.66% on Friday he will be a shareholder, not as much of a shareholder as the '2% group' but a shareholder none the less!

Director buys have to be declared. Only problem for the BoD if they buy decent chinks then the SP would go up which means JB gets more for his remaining selling of shares. JB will be down to 7.66% today so another 8 days of his sales to go
