As soon as the final Nice assessment is endorsed the local CCG’s will be forced to order the Genedrive system in for their local Hospitals unless the local trust procurement team order the product direct. Standard NHS practice is for 80% of goods to be purchased via local CCG’s to reduce inefficiencies and to ensure purchase prices are identical throughout all CCG’s.

Hopefully the Business development director is in touch with the 200+ CCG’s in England to get this rocket lit.

I believe the pre submission indicates which way the application needs to go, if it goes the de novo route it saves lots of capital and time. The alternative is expensive and time consuming.

It doesn’t mean every Hospital in the states get the green light, I think some think the FDA news will make a massive impact.

The only way to stop pump and dumps is sales and revenue.

If the buy gets between 20-25p the big buy in’s will start as people will start making a position to make 50% plus on their money. It’s a given this will hit just under 40p or more on the 30-3-2023

I know it’s only LinkedIn but that’s positive to see GDR’s business development Director using a platform to seek worldwide distribution partners.

I’m sure Patrick is doing his upmost in the background to attract new distributors and end users around the world to take on this ground breaking high speed PoC product.

I would be pretty surprised if the only sales methods they are trying is Linked in and the GDR website.

Hopefully we will see a flurry of little red dots in the RNS box at some point, we already know the 30th NICE RNS date. The FDA application guidance could hit anytime now!

Maybe it will rocket to 123p tomorrow Roger then back to 8p then 60-70p in 5 months or so. TBF every thing is speculation, the only way the pump and dumps will stop is revenue and I think any honest investor here would have realised that by now. Just glad I’ve increased my holding with the last two pump and dumps!

I suppose if they sell the product Under licence in all jurisdictions a lot of the supply problems go away. Plus they have global support when the stroke marker is ready.

Bench agreed but as I say GDR will struggle to deploy worldwide without massive investment and new management team, only other option to take product worldwide is a buyout.

Imagine the number of Machines GDR would have to deliver if every developed nation had demand in the next 12–24 months. Huge!

How is a start up going to deal with worldwide demand if this product blows up in the next 12 months? GDR would need massive support, there is no way they could deliver just this one product worldwide with the setup they have now! It would take a massive upscale and a huge amount of cash. Something GDR hasn’t got, I doubt even a 5 million fund would kick this product off globally.

That is a lot to do here if demand starts on the 31/3/23, think they could cope if it was the UK only but there will be multiple private hospitals that will want this product worldwide. I doubt wealthy Asian people will want their babies going deaf when it can be prevented!

Definitely spreading worldwide, when this blows up I expect GDR will find it difficult to commercialise and scale up. They will definitely need help due to worldwide demand, definitely a buy out at some point IMHO.
