Means they are minimum 3/4 weeks away from Heads of Terms / Exclusivity (at which point the market will be told), and then a further 6-10 weeks from there for diligence phase and completion.

If social media had anything at all to do with public company valuations, then we'd be a unicorn by now.

We're certainly not short of ramping, delusional social media half wits in this stock, but are however short of substance and deliverability. I'd venture it's the latter that has a pertinent impact on share price, sentiment and company valuations.

the main reason we're at 46p is the absolutely ludicrous cln and strategic decision to acquire tinpot dx businesses.

the same strategy i may add, that the likes of myles, rah et all hailed as a great idea at the time as to "diversify the group" , "derisk", "bring on an ii (in heights!!!!)" etc etc etc

that decision alone, has absolutely ****ed us and the truth is, will continue to **** us. we're hampered by that hanging over us, and equally hampered by the reluctance to settle it in cash until we have a proper runway of deals or have sold dx.

in summary, a ******* **** show and anyone involved in that decision at the time should walk.

We're hovering in and around the (heavily discounted and disgraceful) placing price, and people are talking about shorts burning / buying pressure etc etc.

Not really sure in honesty....responded (politely) to a few posts suggesting Dx was a couple of months away from being sold by stating the obvious in that DD alone would take longer than 2-3 months and we'd of had a HoT's signed RNS if it was that close etc.

Also supported a few others when discussing the BOD and some of their outlandish claims over the year ("we'll sell more than we can make", "dont worry about funding" etc etc)...

Really nothing much more than that. No obvious argument / confrontation or names being called etc, just logged on to see I'd been booted.

Depressing really, had hoped it was a useful two way forum for all investors. As you say, turns out its just another forum for RAH et all to push their narrative and agenda on naive PI's.

Remarkable how folk can't see the obvious manipulation of PI's that RAH, Myles etc continue to peddle.

Got 50k plus shares in this stock (sadly!) - remarkable how any of the aforementioned clowns have an ounce of credibility left given some of the trip they've claimed over the last few years.

Just for anyone wondering - me and a number of others have this morning been unceremoniously booted from said group for the crime of offering up an alternative viewpoint to the pigs can fly / £10bn takeover due next week clown squad.

I was mistaken for thinking it was an open discussion group for genuine investors, who can offer legitimately held views (good or bad), turns out it's full of the twitter happy clappers who are convinced a £10bn t/o is due next week.
