Volume of sales too high... disappointing if this does transpire to be leaked news. Cant blame AFC tho, I would be raising £50m today without a doubt given where we were only a few months ago, and equally once placing is complete, this would look a very attractive share.... cash burn Vs remaining cash balance regardless of deals/recent new right now, does tell the story. (running low on cash, selling our pilot amonia cracker, not fire sale, but does read as funds needed quite imminently....

Assumption yes... but would explain this massive drop..... waiting for a share notification, if its only a small amount we can then have some comfort that it will be done piecemeal rather than a huge dump into the market.

Its not just the loss of contract the is the Statement of divestment of 17% of the stock that will flood the market that is causing large drop. Im keen to buy more but will hold out until the notification of holding confirmation to know there are not any more shares to be released onto the open market.

Still waiting for the Q&A to be replied to before casting judgement.... appears some quality questions asked (as well as mine), if they are dodged and not responded to that will dictates volumes, and will certainly influence my decisions going forward....

Agree, watching this, the ammonia cracking tech could/ should eclipse the fuel cell tech.

1.From the recent £13.7m fundraising back in May 2024, what specific activities have been fast tracked to allow manufacturing to be accelerated and products completed for sale/ rental?

What fuel cell inventory is forecast to be produced/ completed this year following the fundraising?

What is the revenue/ order book forecast for 2025?

From the £13.7m fundraising what Tangible assets (that will appear in the balance sheet) have been purchased. (plant and equipment, raw materials etc)

Given the recent share price fall (from May 2024’s high of 23p to just under 10p as of today. What do AFC believe to be the cause of this fall.

As of now without giving sensitive specifics, how many customers do AFC currently have and what is it forecast to be into 2025.

When do AFC foresee themselves generating an operational profit.

Are further capital injections/ (via fundraising or otherwise) required to be able to commercialise the Ammonia cracker technology.

Will the Ammonia Cracker IP remain with AFC energy for the foreseeable future or is likely to be sold. (my current perception/ possible market perception since announcement is this was segregated for this reason, can you provide assurances this is not the case, and if so why a separate company was formed.

Are hydrogen fuel cells acknowledged under Construction Bream and Leed environmental initiatives’ To attain platinum sustainability ratings/ credits etc/ are AFC working with these bodies at all to ensure criteria met etc. (noting Leed status in Buildings in Middle East are desirable by developers etc)

Just thought i would share my thoughts on this and why I have now doubled my holding this morning.

Having worked in Saudi on a few big construction projects. Leed platinum status (sustainabilitiy rating) is what all big construction projects want/ asipre to achieve.. (bream rating is the equivalent here in the uk) If using the power tower on projects is going to gain considerable Leed points towards any certification, this could potentially be really big news.... I'm trying to research at the moment, how many points having sustainable plant and equipment's gains.... but this could be a massive, if every project targeting lead status in Saudi can get significant points utilising AFC fuel cell, there could well by 100s of deployments.....

this would simply mean all the other bits, from the container itself to the bolts that affix afc's unit down, as well as the 2nd stage electrical parts, (Distrubution boards and 110V transformers etc)

I just iwsh the RNS had been phrased differently, and these things are so easy to do....

could so easily have been phrased so much more positively.

something along the lines of
"Further to increased expressions of interest and anticipated order demand AFC have strategically secured additional funds fomr an additional instututional investor by way of a placing at 17p, these funds will be utilised to expedite the imminent commercial deployment of AFC fuel charger and to allow or increased in house manufacturing capacity"

id then be reaching for my debit card to get another tranche!

its this bit that bothers me...

So were not ready to sell anything yet??? we have not commercial deployed the EV charger yet?

or am i missing something, reads as if i wanted to buy 10 chargers systems tomorrow, i wouldn't be able to yet....

if its a massive order then fully agree Contracts can take time to negotiate, ie an install to every ASDA store across the country..... that would be MEGA!

but equally a small order/ single order should surely have happened by now.. AFC should know their cost for one unit and equally be able to know what margin they are after and as such advise of a selling price. Should it not be as Simple as that. Someone likes our system, asks how much and then orders one. We advisee commercial terms and a delivery date. and advance payment is given and an order then confirmed?
