CONTRACTS:

16th JULY 2018 - MRS Services Group Pty Ltd ("MRSSG"), has been awarded a 2-year contract with the option to extend an additional year with Glencore - Ravensworth Operations Pty Ltd.

19th JULY 2018 - MRS Services Group Pty Ltd ("MRSSG"), have acquired a CAT D11T Bulldozer. This bulldozer will be utilised on the three-year Glencore - Ravensworth Operations bulk push contract.

24th JULY 2018 - Bachmann Plant Hire Pty Ltd ("BPH"), have acquired a Hitachi ZX470 CH3 Excavator.

31st AUG 2018 - The Board is pleased to announce the contract execution of project works with BMD Constructions. The project is expected to generate $3m of revenue over the next 12 months.

14th SEPT 2018 - Bachmann Plant Hire secures AUD$2m works for the Australian Federal Government.

16th NOV 2018 - MRS Services Group has secured a contract for the structural refurbishment of six front line excavators in upcoming shut down projects. The estimated value of the contract is AUD$1.5 - 1.6 million.

17th DEC 2018 Bachmann Plant Hire confirms $2.5m (AUD) work programme across South East Queensland

FORWARD LOOKING:

The Board expects to report Net Revenue for FY19 in the range of AUD$73.0m - $75.0m (FY18: AUD$69.1m) and EBITDA in the range of AUD$12.0m - $14m (FY18: AUD$12.3m).

FY19 Net Profit before Tax is expected to be in the range of AUD$8.0m - $AUD9.0m (FY18: AUD$6.0m), which will generate an EPS of approximately 4.5c - 5.1c per share (converting to 2.6p / 3.0p per share at an AUD/GBP exchange rate of 1.7).
