An absolute disgrace what happened here. Heads should roll. The company was raped of cheap shares. I can’t understand why the last eligible holders agreed to take a 12% settlement. More fool them. I’m so angry at what I can only be described as the worse capital raise idea in living history.

How can the conversion price rise when they can take the lowest price in the last 10 days? It will just fall to that price again till this nightmare is over

This share can’t rise until all the options have been filled. Another £5mil I think. If it goes up 200% they get the lowest price in the previous 10days plus 20% discount.so it will definitely drop to that price again. Plus all the shares that have been snatched on this deal sub .35 will be sold off for profit too.

Never seen such a badly done capital raise in my life. Why didn’t they just raise the £10 million at .05p at the time when it was at .075p. The private sector would have snapped them up.
