The price seemed to hold up well today given the less than stellar results and volume of 8.8m. I had to say, I feared we would have more of a dip.

Ticker changed from BOO to DEBS in 2025. In December 2024 BOO hit 38p.

I think the mandatory part is for him to make the offer, not for it to be accepted. Others more knowledgeable please correct me, but I think shareholders get the chance to accept / refuse, and for those that accept he has to buy regardless of how many refuse to sell (as in its not all or nothing)

IF the 32M was MA, given that on the 15th November he had 28% holding, that would put him over 30% wouldn't it? Each % is 14M shares if I understand right. 30% is of course significant as that would force a mandatory offer.

It is a big IF though, I guess we will find out next week with one or more Holdings RNS.
