And just to clarify why they can't raise below 0.022p, the ENET nominal share value is 0.001 Israeli New Shekels, which equates to just under £0.00022, or 0.022p at today's exchange rate

Am I right in saying they can't raise below 0.022 due to the shares nominal value being in Israeli new Shekels. Current exchange rate for Shekels to gbp makes that about 0.022p

I'd imagine a lot of long term holders have all but written their investment off so didn't bother to vote. Very low turnout either way though

This time last year there was just over 500 million shares, with a raise early last September that took to total shares to just under 700 M. Fast forward a year and we're at 5 Billion shares and bugger all to show apart from the horrific dilution and the possibility of further billions of shares to be issued. Shambles
