Now I know that our target market is healthcare which will still need masks. But as we haven't got many contracts of note with health care providers yet, a large chunk of current sales are from Joe Public.

RMS have admitted that they haven't been able to get contracts with large NHS trusts due to the significant cost differences between existing masks and the mask stockpile, hence they're concentrating on dental practices and GP surgeries.... as per 9th June RNS.

They were quick to RNS a £80k deal for hydroponics the other week, one would assume they would RNS any half decent contract to a UK health care provider but nothing yet.

Time will tell if the 5 ply mask changes this. Remember that all the hype last year was for the 5 ply until it failed breathability tests and was dropped in favour of the 4 ply mask. Now the 5 ply is back on the table we shall see. Not hopeful though.

Where does this first refusal from Uni of Nottingham come from? Cave works for Nottingham Trent Uni, not the University of Nottingham

Can we be sure it's the mask machine being loaded onto the truck? Assuming this isn't a wind up of course. The line is modular and when broken down for moving it's palletised and wrapped. Could be something else being moved, there are a few businesses in bio city. Just putting it out there... pics would be nice.

The BBC articles from yesterday that keep getting reposted clearly state the NHS want FFP3 masks, the Pro Larva mask isn't FFP3, its type IIR. It may well be a good fit compared to cheaper masks but it isn't FFP3 grade

We need more info from P2F about the use in filters of this nano material, will take a few months but hopefully all comes good.

I'm invested here. Check my posting history, been here since last year. Just the rampers are as bad as the deramperss. Loads of posts today about better quality masks required. Agreed but there talking about type of mask P2F don't produce.

I agree, its just the 7 hour thing we need to get past. If the nano material can last for weeks then cher-ching. As you say it's unknown (to us) at the moment. All down to how long it's effective for to be a selling point. No doubt that's what Dr C and Volz are up to now.

Yes FFP3 masks are much more expensive. Will be interesting to see the outcome of these tenders when it comes to type IIR masks

Agreed that filters will be bigger than masks. We know that masks can kill the virus up to 7 hours, which was the length of the test. Will need to last significantly longer than that to be useful in a building though. If it needs replacing more frequently than current filters to keep it's virus killing selling point then it could be difficult to sell.

The trouble is our mask, which is undoubtedly better than the rivals, is also significantly more expensive than other type IIR masks, irrelevant of how much better it is. RMS have admitted this in the 9th June RNS. The news today about better masks required is referring to FFP3 masks, which our one isn't.

That's the same as the BBC article earlier, they want FFP3 masks, which our one isn't. If we can get our name material into an existing FFP3 mask manufacturer then who knows.

Also any delayed trades shown wl be determined a buy or sell using the current spread, which could well be different to when the trade took place.

Don't take the buy or sell trades above as gospel. It purely this website determining what the trade was depending how close it was to bid / ask. If its bang in the middle it shows it as unknown.

The P2F mask has the covid killing layer but it isn't air tight, it's a type IIR mask. The BBC headlines today are for NHS staff having FFP3 air tight masks.

Is there a link to this investment site? Or is there an RNS that states Amazon have an option to buy at 190p? I suspect if Amazon do bid it will be a fair bit north of 190p now.
