Regarding Volz production lines, there is currently construction work happening at the Volz Filters Slovakia facility. Nothing to suggest it's anything to do with NNN or Virosynth, just thought I'd point it out.

If you use Facebook search for Volz Filters SK or a building firm called JPVK SROS and search posts. A photo from end of march shows a completed 'materials room'. It's an empty room though so don't get your hopes up.

Brown was a ruthless b'stard. Ramping the share then selling out on the first opportunity. Cheap placing for his mates. Gave zero fks for shareholders. He knew how to line his own pockets though. Reckon Muffin has been reading up about him and wants to be a Brown 2.0

They are a farm supplies company based out of Romania. No link to NNN/P2F other than the name.

BRH. Last time they got into bed with Brown we (briefly) hit 7p. What could possibly go wrong!?

Volz Engineering used to be known as M & W Precision Ltd, renamed to Volz Engineering last year. James Marsh (Volz & Virosynth) is a director. Seems to be based out of an industrial unit in Rochdale. Interesting find anyway.

If only NNN gave an update, or even a rough timeline, as to when that may come to fruition

Still nothing on any contracts, SA doesnt seem to be close to happening. just a repeat of the last RNS.

Posters on here searching companies house records seems to be the only source of news for the last few months... eg. Cave resigning from the BoD of P2F, Muffins new company GBNano Limited and now a new company secretary for NNN

Is there a reason Muffin isn't buying shares now? Why wait for the current sp to more than double to over 1p to allow him to get his options at 1p when he could buy shares on the open market now at 0.5p. A director buying would give the share a shot in the arm and a bit of confidence.
Is there a closed period not allowing him to buy? Is he not confident? Skint?

Can't be complete secrecy if you understand that a SA is near. Is that an assumption about the SA or are you ITK?

People have every right to moan about this total shambles of a company. If you want to sit quiet in the corner then you do that.

Volz aren't producing our filters yet. Been no news on that for months, no timeline announced, Volz catalogue not updated

The board don't give a damn about shareholders, doubt they're reading lse chat.

Wouldn't they offer to buy your shares at a premium to the current SP in order to delist and go private. if so it would be in their interest to get the SP as low as possible.. No idea if this is they way its done, never been involved with a public co going private. Just thinking out loud.
