@hugs Was merely pointing out that these guys have a lot of experience in distressed debt scenarios. My guess would be they want the assets but are willing to deal with the banks instead of letting WV take the full shebang. No need for the insults just because you have lost money, have reported your post.
http://www.skyeig.com Doesn't look like a particularly reputable investment firm IMO. They say they make their money by buying up credit card debt for pennies on the dollar.
You have another choice rather than accept the 3p WV offer - sell at market price today. Personally I feel the market is being extremely generous with the current bid.
Clearly the mm's are holding stock at much higher levels than this and they want to palm it off onto unsuspecting punters hoping for a 10p bid that will not come.
Added some more this morning due to improved risk sentiment. Target is 330p for now.
Basically, yes. Please also heed BigBears advice below.
This to me is a dead duck. Over promised and under delivered, especially in the cash area. Whatever technical or first mover advantage they had has now been lost to the big boys with deeper pockets - Amazon Web Services is delivering massive earnings for it's parent company and talk is it will be span off from them. Wandisco will not be able to compete in a GLOBAL cloud marketplace with these bigger pockets and better management. The balance sheet looks awful and cash is running out. Don't get sucked in here as the recent rise is just a pump before the inevitable placing.
Possibly, I'm not really much of a technical guy but I do feel that there is certain algorithmic traders who take advantage of weak and shorted stocks when the main index is down to begin a short squeeze. Noticed it a lot in the US as well so no surprise it is coming over here now.
Hawky You reckon IOF has one last pump left in it to suck some more unsuspecting punters in or is it a slalom to the inevitable zero? Cheers
Looks like UK retail sales data for Jan was better than expected which should give the sector a boost.
Why do crap shares do well when the wider market outlook is gloomy?
CFO has just FO'd. Oh dear.
That could be one of the best updates ever received on an AIM shares BB. Could be too much truth in there for some though. Bravo hawky.

Maybe, has to be something up for this to boom like this. Wonder if someone is stake building? Expect holdings RNS soon.
Well considering market sentiment. Would this be worth a punt at these prices or otherwise?
Maybe, knocked back a lot of progress the share has made but then the wider market has issues so can't be too harsh. On a separate not I see these WorldPay contactless machines a lot more frequently now when out, must bode well for the future no?
The assets will be taken over but shareholders are likely to be either wiped out completely or diluted to oblivion. Note Ironic has sold and disappeared. Sorry to all folks who got spiked and are now trapped.
On here. Gamblers looking for a quick punt and reeling others in to lose money. Awful people.
@riz You do know that this is a binary bet and there is a strong possibility of losing your investment right?
