Who got impaled on the IOF pump? Tell us your story here please.
What positive news are you talking about? Cash is desperate here and when the pump ends a lot of people are going to be mighty upset.
LOL! Were you the guy who held MTV all the way down to 0.000000000000p? Well done, you should post more.
WARNING - USUAL AIM PUMP AND DUMP CREW SNIFFING ABOUT THIS ONE! IOF is in need of cash and a massive debt restructure will be coming soon - don't get caught holding the baby!
@dave23 Please stop the incessant ramping mate, you are not very good at it anyway.
Suicide traders lol, impaling themselves on a spike in front of the AIM altar.
Me too, I like the reaction after the placing and subsequent demand for shares. All things being well should have a nice steady rise to 300p plus in the coming weeks.
Possibly, you think the company would release an RNS as this has risen considerably on no news, dropped back on results and then gained again. Still massively over valued whatever is going on though, perhaps someone is spreading TO rumours in advance of a placing? Stranger things have happened on the casino.
This is a sell all day, getting hammered by cheaper online stores, management don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and last time I went in one of these shops I was actually amazed at how poor it looked, awful set out of games, rubbish offers and scruffy, geeky staff. Sales down over the Xmas period tells you everything you need to know - dog.
Surging today - what's going on?
17-Mar-16 13:05:54 96.75 177,013 Sell* 17-Mar-16 13:09:25 95.00 115,000 Sell* The RNS accounts for one of those - whos is the other?
You may get your chance sooner than you think. Awful results today, nowhere even close to making a profit and cash is running out. They are now starting to drawdown the bank credit facility. I have no idea why this dog is valued at ten times what it is worth, guess the market is in one of its irrational phases.
Two share trades all day, a small buy and a sell, spread is still huge and is putting people off the stock. The RNS looks good at first but how long are these initially high flow rates going to last for?
Whomever WV sell it on to in a couple of years time. The asset is very enticing but the BoD here have completely mismanaged the situation and unfortunately shareholders will take the brunt. They should have accepted the 3p offer for the company as at least holders would get something back, now it looks likely that there will be nothing left once the debt is squared up between WV and the remaining bondholders. In my view it has been managed so badly that there could be a case for legal action against certain individuals.
Why does it keep going up?? :D Are you sure you have your monitor the right way round when lol king at the chart?
Sold at 300p last week and have bought back in yesterday after the drop, didn't catch the bottom unfortunately. Results were mildly disappointing but we look forward not back.
Thanks, just had a quick look over there and it seems it was a 55% dilution in the end to cover the debt. On my phone so can't really research and post in depth but the RNS tell a fair bit.
Can anyone come up with any examples of previous cases where shareholders have came out of this process with materially intact equity? From what I understand this is similar to Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the states, the companies can and do often come out of it alive but the equity is destroyed. Creditors are top of the pile always.
Wider market has surged all week and even most of the other AIM dogs have rallied. This turd has just slipped further down the toilet though. When is Easter by the way?
Rhambo Exactly, the equity holders are not in a good position and should not see this announcement as a positive. The only positive I can see here is that the market is currently being over generous to holders with the current price if they wanted to escape with something rather than nothing.
