Agreed. An "eye watering" number would be offered and shareholders would vote.. depends entirely on the "eye watering" number.

IF there is a takeover it will happen once the mine plan and been published. The majors will be looking for a turnkey project with low risk (know reserves and costs) and where the price does not reflect the full value.

IF the rumours of a takeover have any foundation it will come quickly after the mine plan, before full value is reflected in SP and risk to buyer is minimised.

Nice to see extensive use of A$ rather than just $ in the report to aid clarity.

Recently I spotted some lazy journalism passing the A$ AISC A$ as US$.

Given the POG is ~$3750 now and a year ago it was ~$2600 , which means on average it has gone up $.13 per hour. If we had just driven slowly to the gold buyer and taken an extra hour to get there we would have made an extra ~$33,800.

I think some investor somewhere thought that digging yellow stuff out of the ground and selling it was a good idea, they bought some shares.
