DR, I've done similar in an attempt to possibly re-shuffle my sipp, I was going to sell 50%, I ended up buying 2 sinks worth more.
My only concern is the metal prices rising out of any buyers reach.

I could have a few unexpected sinks at the end of May, I know where it's going if we are still at play and I doubt it would be a higher s/p band otherwise it wouldn't have been effectively held back.
It's a funny feeling wanting conclusion, but also hoping it's next month.

Thanks kira, this has been ongoing as I smashed the same injury in both knees in a motorbike accident a while ago. Also have a workplace injury which is called Plantar fasciitis, I have this bilaterally, due to wrong footwear being issued.
So all this is well documented at work. I'd like to ask for an exit plan that works for both parties but I'm unsure if that's even a thing. 24 year service.
They're just the reasons I'm praying for today. Like I say it just bad timing but I'm excited also.

Hypothetical scenario. If the small shop next door to a tesco Express was up for sale as a empty retail unit, tesco takes it and expands into it. I've seen this happen with the Tesco next door to my workplace.
No way would Tesco leave the space open for Londis to take.
Probably a poor analogy but the speed in which Tesco snapped up next door was really swift.
