After hours RNS and Barclays Capital Securities Ltd take a 9.3% holding. Not clear if they have taken over ETX clients or have invested but either way........wooooop woooooop!!!!
Fingers on the buy triggers tomorrow !!!
I have a small order in today ( sub 20k ) and it hasnt been filled for ages. MM's cant have any stock. Small buying pressure could see this pop
Moving up on low volume. MM's can't have many!
10 months of contracts announced in the USA and people still can't see that Bricklive (let alone KPop and Formula E) is back in business!
Tina has been in the USA leading the way and it's paying off!
These two contracts are worth ~£400k - £500k alone
Are you bipolar Tintin?
On Tuesday you stated " Neither russia or ukraine will give in. World war 3 is possible which means no kpop concerty " but you now think 20p is a good target???
Either way 20p is still only a P/E of ~4 which is ridiculously low. 10x is 50p and still low.
The price is a joke at these levels.
We know DC can exaggerate at times ( his high six figure number might differ from my definition of a high six figure number ) but lets assume this high six figure number is "only" €200k.
For a merchandising partner to guarantee that figure from their 20% share, they must be super confident that they will make at least that much. This in turn, means they are confident that our 80% will make €800k.
In all probability LVCG will make a seven figure profit from merchandising alone - even if the guarantee is only €200k.
If the guarantee is double my guess, then double the numbers above. This is a huge revenue earner alone, without tickets sales., streaming, sponsorship!
There are going to be a lot of people cursing not taking advantage of these levels soon enough. This will multi multi bag this year.
This is my mortgage buster
If WW3 breaks out, the last thing you need to worry about is your (small /if any) holding in TinTin / Stockman / Whatever you are calling yourself this week!
However, it wont. KPop will go ahead and if you bothered to listen to the latest Proactive interview, you might actually use your brain a little, work out what merchandising alone will amount to and then also consider DC's comment on profit v MCAP.
If (and I guess you might point out it requires taking his word) this proves to be true, the MCAP should 20x plus the current level.
If you don't believe the narrative, that's your call and misfortune
I have no idea what margin someone would make on the merchandise but would expect it to be at least 60%
Let's say 80k attendees spend an average of €40 each (which if you research what these KPoppers usually spend, is very conservative) give revenue of €3.2m or £2.65m. Let's say 60% is ball park correct on margin that relates to £1.6m profit of which LVCG gets 75% or £1.2m!
Change these numbers to a full house of 88k and spending €80 each (which is still approx half what BTS fans spend on their last tour - DYOR ) with a 80% average margin (which is possible from what I understand - see link below) and the numbers jump to £3.5m
This is a huge deal for LVCG !!!

For disclosure, I am a large holder with an average at multiples of the current level.
As Bennster and MB10 have pointed out, it isn't quite as simple as you suggest but I do agree that, in general, the AIM market investors have totally missed what has happened to LVCG over the last year or so. However, we have not been helped by a chairman who has refused to provide numbers on what is happening. I get the fact that he didn't want to release any kind of numbers during the pandemic as he felt they would get lost in the CV19 depressing hysteria. Once Putin has been put back in his box, I would expect a forward statement to be released. I know he is super confident and bullish on the future of LVCG. I am too!
Anyone buying at these levels is getting a serious bargain and will make a lot on money by year end IMO
Evolution is a great venue! Been there a few times for work events!
A DECISION may well have been made on Friday but they aren't going to RNS it before contracts are signed. A multi-million contract doesn't get signed in a couple of hours!!
Crazy to think that KPop profit this year is likely to be more than our current MCap (even after the recent rises).
I've said it before and I'll say it again. DC is confident ALL streams will be profitable. No reason that Bricklive cant cover all operating costs, so all KPop profit is LVCG profit. 3 shows will conservatively bring in ~7m PROFIT. Again a conservative P/E of 20x would give a MCap of ~140m or 70p+. Formula E will also add another 1m+ or 20m MCap or 10p+
This SP is completely missing the value being generated here
You off then TinTin / Stockman / CabinFever? xxx
I stand corrected. You did indeed say 15p but you were very down on MB10 etc as you can see from your posts late January where you stated "Its only you and mb10 and a few others who think it will go ahead", "Mb10 you are a serial ramper" & "Another event? Wishful thinking you really need to stp"
Perhaps MB10 has done a lot more research into the company than you give him credit for huh?
You've changed you tune TinTin56.
Only a few weeks ago you saying you needed 7,5p, that we'd never get there and the likes of myself and MB10 were living in dreamland if we expected north of 30p by the end of the year, possibly a lot more.
Not having a go at you but what has suddenly made you feel different? We knew this was coming?
5% per day until 1st May would give us a SP of £1.84 !! :-)
That would do! ;-)
The placees get them. I have 400k from earlier placings. ( + a further 200k that have expired as worthless )
What could happen (as a friend pointed out to me) is that if each of the large Monecor clients have less than 3% they dont need to declare TR1s and Monecor could hold a "collective" holding on a nominee basis, in which case they do need to declare TR1s but it not technically them selling
If, as you say, Monecor are holding on behalf of individuals, surly it is the individuals responsibility to issue TR1s not the broker themselves? Otherwise all personal holdings could hide behind a "broker shell"
You're right. I forgot about the recent dilution. Still, good that they are getting churned
My math might be dodgy but thought it was 0.891% of the company which is ~1.3m shares???
