Please explain how there is a future in this one please?

Is now worth more than BOS! Funny that! So 25% of Copper mine and 40% of Call design MT quids in Vs us out of pocket

Is an absolute con man. We have been fleeced here. He has got out unscathed, with what he always wanted Call Design! At least we know his "reasons" for leaving were a crock of Bull S**T. I hope he chokes on his shrimps, from the BBQ of all us burnt investors / mugs. Hopefully one of us is able to put a curse on him!

Before today MT was maxed out, as could not covert any more at 16p, without exceeding 30% Now he has done this, he can put more money in and covert at 16p, which will provide the correct funding going forward I only hope he knows what we don�t, and at 16p, even selling others at 2.75p, he will be raking in the money soon Fingers crossed

He has to reduce his holding, to be able to fund the company at 16p per share More so with the recent decline in SP

I "think " i am correct on this Currently MT owns 29% The next draw down of �125k, will see this increase 0.5% to 29.25% The next after this draw down of �125k, will see this increase 0.5% to 30% He cant exceed 30% He is thennot allowed to then draw down any more money, unless he sells a chunk of his shares again

Make additions of you need to Prepare to Launch I think this is going to go sky high (IMHO)

I continue to sit on the fence on this one, but I do have a good gut feeling, so have punted �2k on this. I would like to do well short term, but if not just will be locked in longer term. We all keep saying it, but just 1no decent contract win, could see 100% to 500% added to the SP. Also with the listing of CD coming up, we own 40% of this, and with MT skill set, this could list for a far higher price, with American investors jumping on board. That will then have an effect on our price / value. I personally think, very big / good news is to be announced, and is just round the corner. This will then see / enable BOS to buy the remaining 60% of the CD, just before the CD launch price and value is announced. And the bingo, bongo bango (All IMHO)

Why is the spread 25%! Are the MMs expecting a big increase today? Hope so

Can somebody please advise? Over the last 3no Fridays, I have noticed that from say 7am up to approx 7.35am, the Bos ticker reads: BOS 7.60 So today as an example it reads: BOS 7.60 64.32% ??

Yes seems funny this is happpening now, just a week or so before results should be realeased Perhaps surging good news is round the corner?

For some time now I wanted BOS GLOBAL to have publicly stated significant shareholders with greater than 5% ownership each. Also, to know that such significant shareholders understand and believe in the vision of BOS on AIM, its people and their commitment, capability and experience; more so they understand the value of the products, patents and market opportunity to exponentially grow as a publicly listed software company selling via distributions networks. Each of the three new and publicly named significant shareholders by BOS GLOBAL on 21 September 2017 met my selection criteria to part with my ownership! For the many shareholders wondering why I have reduced my holding to 29.9%, here are some of the key reasons: 1. My then shareholding (~44+%) in BOS was at the limit of Shareholder Approval under the Corporation Act for an Australian public company (refer AIM Admission Document), and therefore I could not convert Convertible Note draw-downs; and 2. The Relationship Agreement (refer AIM Admission Document) limited my ability in some cases to exercise certain voting rights as both Board Member and Executive and whilst a Major Shareholder above 30% ownership, HOWEVER IT SERVED ITS EXACT PURPOSE AND ALLOWED THE BOARD AND COMPANY TO FUNCTION WITH FIRM GOVERNANCE PRACTICES!; and 3. I owned too much of BOS and it needs a good spread of sophisticated and aligned significant shareholders.

MT downsizing his holding to under 30% Hmmmmm, I wonder why Someone buying the company?

Well I have taken a gamble. After watching from the sidelines, I have decided to risk a £1k punt / order. I have had a very funny feeling that either tomorrow or next week, the will be a big dead cat bounce. People will buy into it. The MM's will make a killing, and then the company will announce that the Nomad has resigned! Hopefully a chance to make a little money off the spike, and I hope I am wrong about the Nomad. All just IMHO

I suppose the warning signs, even when they seem convincing, is when MT is having so may interviews, ramping the hell out of things. Just look at AFPO and Chris Cleverley! So there is a reverse takeover of FTE as its the cheapest route to market Pockets a mine and assets in the process Ramps the hell out of the company Funding the company at 16p, even though some shares have only just been converted, probably to halt the share slide All the time, one eye on Call Design, which sounds like its the cash cow Us shareholders raise the money to purchase Call Design Now quits, as he will be running Call Design, with our funds (cheap way of buying a company without as much risk to his money) Taking Call Design to market now I smell wrong doing, shorting and shareholders rolled over again VERY DISAPPOINTED in MT

And you can always mould it, and then sprinkle it in glitter
