Look at amazons, equally low rating, customers also saying it takes ages to get a refund (18 days for one on the first page!)
review pages like trustpilot are always skewed imo - you either get 5 stars or 1 star. most companies will send a generic notification saying “how did we do” “how was your item” etc or “rate us” and most people will just tick 5 stars as long as there are no serious complains. meh it took 3 days to arrive instead of 2, box was beaten up but at least i got my item etc etc. or 1 star for anything major, or even minor if you have a picky customer.
not many people will think yes, this was great customer service im going to go out of my way to leave a positive review, it just doesnt happen, so itll always skew to the negative imo.
when was the last time you had good service from anything and left a review? exactly, but you would if it was bad service.
take reviews with a pinch of salt, generally just filled with the 10% of picky customers.
that being said…..this company is doomed unless theres a buyout. i was in it for the distribution centre in usa opening as i thought that was going to be their best bet at recovery, obv they messed it up and screwed us in the process, but its just been failure after failure, excuse after excuse for 5 years from them. gl anyone who is still holding, i sold out at a heavy loss at 29p and im glad i did
