But still I am 64% up on my post tax relief investment as at today’s closing bid price…
How’s SAR doing since I made that investment?
I met with the Board of one of my other pharma investments today. They are projecting an exit of 57-91 times my original (post-EIS) investment 3 years ago by May 2024. Happy days.
No.
I have thought about whether I would if RF were out and the SP were more in line with what I’m advised is the company’s true value.
I think I would always back myself to dig out something with better prospects though.
But never say never.
Well I shall definitely use my single vote to vote for all of the current BOD to remain in situ. They are doing a great job on behalf of us shorters.
Maybe I’ll ask whether in hindsight they wish they had tried to raise at 30-40p when they failed to attract any interest at 50p.
I have no issue with them exercising either! Just pointing out that logic suggests that they probably think the SP is about to fall. If they expected it to rise between now and 17/12, they wouldn’t have exercised yet.
There’s no particularly logical reason the directors would exercise their options before expiry unless they felt that the price would be falling between now and then.
I wonder what they think might cause the SP to drop before 17/12/23.
Somebody remind me when Riverfort get their next tranche of shares…
