re request for arbitration - not just clear cut really is it. At the moment we still dont know for sure exactly what will be in 2022.
We dont know the extent the 2018 "succesfull" drill campaign will relieve the pressure.
We dont know how quickly the agreement with BH will ramp up work and production on the back of what 2018 drill campaign has taught us
We dont know how pacifying of GG the mere emergence of any form of agreement with BP will have

Id like to think all of the above will have the effect of dissolving any appetite for arbitration request to become a full blown arbitration case

What we do know is Frontera have had a very good relationship on the whole with GG and we also know we have been more than courteous, lenient and understanding when it has come to GG paying us what we are due in regards to tax rebates.

Will it be plain sailing - its frontera so i doubt it.

But as a glass half full kinda guy id like to think that the above coming to fruition and the guarantees that would come with BP and BH being involved involved with us- we should be ok on the arbitration front. Not to mention the congresmens words and indeed President Trumps warning about playing fair with American companies in Georgia.

Now after a quite comprehensive beating and slapping on the wrists and the mounting bill Mr Hope is accruing - will he want to cut a deal and run or will he be confident of not losing the 56 million claim from frontera.

My opinion is its now a case of do frontera want to cut a deal or do they wish to go down the long time consuming and laborious road of ruining Hope and OMF - which is what he tried to do to us.

What did his notes cost 3 million or there abouts. Id be tempted to pay what he paid for the notes to have him removed from the board and list of creditors and move on as a company free of the proverbial concrete wellies

Its looking like the phoenix is about to rise. Some rough times no doubt in the short term as nothing is a certainty but it sure is looking positive potentially

Given the hast in which they agreed I’d have to say I take great heart from that. They must have been pretty sure the information they were given was pretty positive towards a good outcome for frontera- or quite simply they wouldn’t have rolled over

Judge Kawaley commented from the 18/1218 hearing - that frr appeared to have substantial value and given that hope taking over the asset would kick in GG revoking the block 12 licence - and told them to get together and come Uk with an agreement to move forward
